The DA in this case has never interviewed us. He has been sweeping things under the carpet so to speak. Roscioli and the teenagers qualify for murder according to the Coroner's and other attorney's. My father will never get the justice he deserves and neither will everyone living here in America. It is out of our hands. Instead of doing 2-5 years, these perpetrators can be up on murder charges. My brother was there and they knew that my father couldn't be hit because he was on coumadin. They said I don't give a f*ck and did it anyway which led to his death. We are helpless because the DA basically told us to F*** off. My brother is suppose to be a witness and he was never contacted or interviewed by the D.A. Something smells fishy and now we are stuck with this a**hole. People of Palmerton, or anyone who knows the justice system, We need your help. How do you get it tried in another county due to the DA obviously not wanting to do his job? It is actually the assistant DA and now he refuses to talk to our family. These evil kids killed my father, that gave me a life sentence. They will only have to serve 2-5 years and then can go on with their lives. I am desperate, our whole family is destitute because my dad was a Vietnam Vet and we lived off of his benefits and his SSI. We not only lost my father but we are losing our house and everything we have. This is a slap on the face. Injustice is being done here and our hands are tied. Any suggestions please??? Since we are not obviously part of the case I don't mind saying anything. I am praying the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I know there is a judge in Northampton County by the name of Roscioli. Does anyone know if its any relation to the guy who killed my father?? Please, this is so important. I know there are many Roscioli's so its not an accusation but just a question. This whole case is backhanded and the only thing we ever wanted for my father is justice. The kid in Lehigh County who threw the ice off of a bridge and killed a lady got Murder. However these Jacka**es beat my father to death KNOWING that if they hit him he would die get manslaughter and it will probably be pleeaded down to involuntary. I am a mess. I am infuriated. I am so lonely now that they took away my everything, which was my father. He was in a serious motorcycle accident last year where he broke all of his ribs, his collarbone, bruised his spleen. He spent 12 days on life support. I never left his side. I was there with him through all of his rehabs, helped him out of bed every morning, made his food, helped him to the bathroom for 9 months. He finally just got his life back and was making plans. He wanted to get a fishing boat and go to the beach on vacation. He finally was able to put on his shoes and socks and he was so proud like a 4 year old would be. The accident caused him to relearn everything and when he finally did, these horrid creatures killed him. Took away a life that was so proud of living and surviving. My dad was always a survivor and he did it with a smile on his face. Everywhere he went, people loved him and gravitated towards him. He was beautiful and magnificent. Now, after all that he did in his life, was for naught. This is the kind of justice that he is receiving. Please someone, anyone help. When was murder not murder in this country?? I thought the DA was elected for the people and defended those who couldn't defend themselves. I guess its just an illusion but this injustice can't go on. Thank you for listening and God Bless..

This is awful, someone is using my name. The trial hasn't begun yet and I don't know what the outcome will be. It sickens me that someone would use my name to jeopardize our chances of fair trial. Please stop using my name and please just leave our family alone. We are suffering enough and the only thing we ask for is justice, so stop using my name on this board!! I don't condone or agree with the things said on this board using my name concerning this recent post. Thank-You

Yup so idiots threw a carton at a a car...but the bigger idiot was Higgins who GOT OUT OF HIS CAR and started a fight. He died and its a darn shame but HIGGINS should have realised THAT could happen. He SHOULD have called the POLICE.

Boo Hoo maybe your dad should have thought about his family before he got out of his car and went after 3 punks.Considering how ill he was. The police station was right there in plain view!
Now instead of leeching of your family maybe you can go get a JOB!
just wondering

Well, just by "yup" and the mispelled realiZed, I can only guess your family or friends of the 3 trashy monsters who did this. If you can read, notice the only ones defending them in the area & on this post seems to be their pals---NOBODY else!
just wondering

Wow, you have a problem. I couldn't help but check back to your "profile", seems to me, you just have a problem with this family since day one you defended the killers. Think of what they lost, if at all you see no wrong in what they did..you really are evil.
And the comment of the police station being in plain sight, yeah dumb ass for those that know the area!

I want to thank you all for your support, it is true, they not only killed my beloved husband but they gave me and my family the death sentence. What I don't appreciate is someone using my daughters name to post a comment. Please, we have been through enough with more to come. Nobody, unless they have been there could possibly know how my world has crashed. He was the love of my life, he gave and gave and gave. He never stopped giving, to anyone at any time. Everyone who knew him loved him, but even they can't in their wildest imagination know what hell we are going through.
On a personal note, my husband was not familiar with Palmerton, and since when is it a crime when someone gets out of the car after having something hurled at their private property? I know my husband, he wasn't looking for trouble, just answers........All I can say, 3 against one, just wasn't fair. I love you Jim forever, nothing will ever take that away from me. Thanks for being the best husband anyone could ever hope to have.........
