I have some questions for you Christians, you should be able to answer the following.

1. Where is the justice in punishing us for Adam's sin? If the bible itself says that children will not be punished for the parents' sins (Deut. 24:16). Furthermore, if God really created Adam not knowing either good or evil (Gen 3:22), how could such a harsh and enduring punishment as death for Adam and all his descendants possibly be just? Our secular courts are more just than God when they show mercy on people who cannot distinguish between right and wrong, such as children and the mentally handicapped. And why isn't this doctrine of original sin found anywhere in the Bible except in Paul's writings? Why didn't Jesus ever mention it, or teach it?

2. Which "Ten Commandments" are the Ten Commandments - the ones listed in Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5, or the ones listed at Exodus 34? Only the list at Exodus 34 is explicitly called the "Ten Commandments" in the biblical text.

3. Matthew 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.[[ So according to Jesus if you believe in him and say mountain fly into the sea it shall be done, if this is true why can't you or other Christians make mountains fly into the sea? Jesus said you could so why can you not ?

4. John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
{{{ Jesus says if you are a Christian than whatever you shall ask in Jesus name it shall be done, yet you Christians can ask things all day long in Jesus name and they are never fulfilled. why when you pray to Jesus for a sick man to be healed yet he dies ? If you pray to Jesus and ask him to repair severed limbs of a man who lost his legs in the Iraq war, why does his legs not reform, after all Jesus said if you ask in my name it shall be done, why can't he do what he promised he could do ? where is your gods power, from the looks of it he has none.

5. Mark
16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Are you a christian ? Are you not filled with the holy ghost ? Then I should be able to come over your house and watch you drink a glass of bleach and it should not harm you, according to the bible poison can not harm you, will you drink that bleach ?..... Notice the verse where it says shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover " if you laid hands on a man dying of cancer and prayed and prayed what would happen, or you laid hands and prayed on a man dying of aids, what would happen ? nothing would happen he would still have his cancer, and the other would still have aids. so much for the power of of your jesus. Is your god a liar ? The bible says lay hands on the sick they shall recover, why do people not recover ? Did Jesus lie, does he not have the power to move mountains, or heal the sick ? Why does god constantly lie ?

come on douche there are few if any christians or anybody for that matter worthy of the power jesus speaks of. Everyone has doubts and thats why everything you say rarely happens but it does happen. Quit looking at the words and look for the meaning. mountains are moved all the time literally.

Okay.. Explain how the world can only be a couple thousand years old? Do you believe in dinosaurs? If you do, then you can't believe the bible. Christianity is a cult just like every other religion.

1) Genesis 2: 16-17
2) Exodus 20
3) Matthew 21, Jesus says if you have faith and do not doubt, you may move this mountain. The do not doubt part is important.
4) Many people have been healed through prayer, and in my own life I have witnessed the power of prayer.
5) These signs were used by Jesus to prove his divinity after he had risen. They were not meant to be a sign of Christianity until the end of time.

God bless.

Always an excuse. Two thousand years ago no one had the knowledge to disprove this nonsense. Thank Zeus we do now!

Exodus 20 you say, then someone needs to tell moses and in from the god of the bible that the 10 commandments are not the ones he wrote them, because the bible says that the 10 commandments are the commandments in Exodus 34. inf act lets see what exodus 34 says shall we.

Exodus 34:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou brakest.

[[[ we know that these are the 10 commandments because god mentions how moses broke the first tablets of stone, and how he is making moses a second pair. and he tells moses I will write the words that I wrote on the first tablets you broke, therefore these are the 10 commandments]]

now lets skip down and read what these 10 commandments are.

1. 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

2. 34:17 Thou shalt make thee no molten gods.

3. 34:18 The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.

[[now wait a minute feast of unleavened bread lol, yes these are the actual 10 commandments folks]]

4. 34:19 All that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.

[[ say what ? yes Christians must sacrifice the first born of their animals if it is a male to their god.]]

5. 34:21 Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest.

[[okay the sabbath day, heard that one before.

6. 34:22 And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

[[ what. observe a feast of weeks ? lol ]]

7. 34:23 Thrice in the year shall all your men children appear before the LORD God, the God of Israel.

8. 34:25 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.

[[ say what lol ]]

If you think I lie then go read it for yourself exodus chapter 34. those were just a few of the commandments go read for the rest of them.

2. Matthew 21 - I'm still waiting for this power of prayer come on Christians. I wanna watch the blind see, the deaf hear, limbs grow back that were severed, come on if your god is so powerful lets see his power. Or wait a second could it be that there is actually know one there at all ?

4. I've never seen anyone healed with the power of prayer. Unless you count preachers hiring some gay to pretend he is crippled in a wheel chair to make money for his next revival. And he tells his audience that we can heel this man for just $5,000.

5. well I'll be damn, so much for miracles when you just admitted jesus doesn't do miracles anymore. I thought you said you saw people healed, you just stated in umber 5 jesus doesn't do miracles anymore. what a great god you have, a god who doesn't heal the sick or dying, a god who hides in the clouds and watches humanity suffer. A god who watches children starve in 3rd world countries. your god can shove it up his ass.

Exodus 34:28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

That is not how a christian should treat a nonbeliever. "Man of steel" has a soul and any christian should be concerned for him.

"Man of steel" the Bible does not contradict itself. It was written many years ago by different men in the conviction of God. The bible you are reading is a interpretation of the original Bible which was written mostly in Hebrew. It is ok to have these type of questions and search for an answer for then. But do not count God out from the get go. Find you a good commentary or ask a few good preachers. With these questions you have you should ask pastors from a few different churches. I think you will get a good overall answer to your questions. I pray you find the answers you need.

I proved myself a fool, for posting the actual scripture that said exodus 34 is the 10 commandments. I think you need to get your head on straight son. because if that is the best you got, your best isn't good enough.

Jesus and God aren't the same person, number 1. Number 2, the bible is just a story book made up to make the people be good thru fear.

I never asked you to. I probably know just as much, if not more about the bible and Christianity as you do. It's human nature to believe in a higher power. We all want that feeling, but all religions are just cults. Some more widely practiced than others. As I said before, do you believe in dinosaurs? Because if you do, that's an automatic contradiction to the bible. I'm not saying we should all run crazy and do the opposite. The bible is a very good moral compass in my opinion, but it is just that. A moral compass and nothing else.

You evidently have been reading God's word but have twisted the word to your liking.Read the text
Romans 14:11 For it is written,As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,and every tongue shall confess to God.

Please answer this Question, where or what created us? did we get all our intellegience from an ape, surely your not going to say that, that is easier to believe or that we just came from a big boom! is a better explanation of our existance than a creator. Oh yea one more ? why are Apes still just Apes?
