Dr. James Cesar in Branson MO is a doctor that prescribes HCG shots. It's safe. HCG is a hormone naturally produced by the body. Call and get an appointment. He'll examine and explain the procedure. From there they will mail you your shots. It cost about $120 a month.

You could eat healthier and exercise. Scientifically proven that if you change your everyday habits to healthy ones, the weight will likely stay off. Not to mention various other benefits and an overall example you set for others around you. No it won't be a quick fix, but it WILL work.

This I'm sure came from someone who has never had a weight problem. For some people even eatting better and exercise is hopeless. Due to medical problems and genes it is much harder for some.
Seeing a Dr and taking prescribed diet pills under supervision may be the only thing that works for some. Don't judge unless your walking or eatting in their shoes!

Actually, I have in the last year lost 70 lbs doing just what I said. Reversed the first stages of diabetes and a supposed "thyroid" problem. It is extremely hard starting off. Hardest work I have ever done in my life, research show that those that take the quick fix typically put it all back on and thensome.

Dr Cannon in Jonesboro across from the mall presides them if you pass the health exam. I am going to Dr McClurkin in Jonesboro because he is very thorough before giving meds and reviews whether you have other underlying conditions that hinder weight loss.

Yes, it's all about healthier choices in life BUT some people do need the extra help that a pill offers.
I needed to loose about 40-50lbs to get back to prebaby form and even though I ate pretty healthy, I couldn't loose it. Sure, if I went to the gym, it would have came off, sooner or later.
I joined Dr.McClurkin's weight loss program,(he's the ob/gyn doctor in JB). They do a complete workup on you before you start, labs and an EKG. It's not cheap,$150 1st visit, labs $249 (if not covered by insur), meds $35(w/insur), ekg $10, and monthly visits $75. The diet, for me, is 1000-1200 calories, 80g of protein, and 50-75g in carbs. Yes, it's HARD. But I lost 15lbs the first month and I go back at the end of the month for the 2nd weigh in. I feel great and I'm doing it for myself. Hope this helps and Good Luck!

There's a doc at the walnut ridge family clinic that will prescribe them if your bmi is above 30, and your blood pressure has to be normal...he only gives out one months supply, so you have to keep returning monthly so he can check your bp and weight....I've been on them in the past, and yes, ur body does get "used" to them and you stop losing, if u stop losing then the doc will take u off of them for a few months, then he'll put u back on them later if u need them. And yes, it is only a quick fix, once you stop the pills you will gain everything back unless you keep with a diet and exercise program.

I saw a 20/20 episode about these and they say the key is maintaining a 500 calorie a day diet......On 500 calories you would lose weight without the shots!

I am not against losing weight, but phentermine is a heart rotter. After taking it so long your heart will be half ate up. I understand that losing weight is hard, trust me. I would advise you to take a different route then pills, try weight watchers. Don't do the 500 calories a day, that will kill you. Stick with 1200-1500 calories/day, eat healthy and maybe walk around you backyard a couple of times. As long as your burning more calories than you eat you will lose weight. There is no magic trick for fat to disappear, you have to exercise.

Try HCG shots. It's a female hormone & it works on losing weight. Speak to your Dr. About it. Expensive but works.

You can get the HCG DROPS OR SPRAY AND it works I know several people that have loss lots of weight on these. I know man that ahs lost over two hundred pounds using these. Now there is a diet you follow with these and you drink lots of water but it works. You use these drops of thirty days and then go on mantence for thirty days. You have to willing to give up sweets , sodas and fried foods but they definetly work.
