Is custom-pak a good place to work even with the big turnover rate?

If you need and can't get a job and want to work just about any place is good. You can always change later on if you don't like it.

It's not the worst job. Just know that the management has grown out of proportion to the workforce and that the raises are a complete and total joke. The quarterly bonuses are the only things keeping most of the workers there.

You have to wait a year and a half before you receive a bonus!!! not a year like they tell you when you hire in. It isnt that bad of a place to work but the management is a joke! They dont know what the heck is going on half the time and cant make up their minds on anything! Oh and they like to make up rules as they go along lol

You have to be there a year to be eligible to start earning the bonus, then you will be eligible to get the bonus after the next full quarter. If you were hired today (March 23, 2012), you would get your first bonus on July 2013. If you're buddies with someone in management or provide some good gossip to the the *** ***, you are not subject to the same rules as everyone else.
