Id like to see a mayor or the mayor say Im not having this crap and be in charge like hes supposed to be. Just one that will watch every stop video and let the police know they are not above the law. Stop hiring rejects I saw a video on YouTube on the wrpd playing a slide show and that bad boys song. Like a bunch of little kids I wonder who
Made that. Bad boys. Retards

Just think from "protect and serve" to Harass and threaten" . People get the government they allow and accept. The solution to correct is simple, any cop that crosses the line with a citizen the citizen should file a WRITTEN complaint with their department and keep a copy. Calling and talking to someone in charge is a waste of time because there is no record. Once a cop has several complaints against him the insurance companies raise the rates and make the department get rid of the problem. So many cops these days you see in public have that scowl look when they are in public like the people they are hired to protect are their enemy. Just take a look at most cops, GI haircut, Tattoos , pumped up on roids, wears sun glasses even inside, glares at people like "make me mess you up". Most are too busy trying to hump some teenie booper than doing the job they were hired to do.

Its been this way for as long as I can remember. Pumped up on to much food though. But the rest is true Yes they star down people that they are supposed to serve. Bullies only because they have that tin badge. Just lowlife scum. They fire them at one place they move to the next.

Kirksey. Admit you were WRONG and resign. Take the pain now. You just won’t be able to ride around in your Police Car (taxpayers property) and smoke all day.

So...the officer lets him go without a single citation, but suddenly after he files a complaint he’s given citations for the actions the officer had already decided not to cite him for. Maybe I’m drawing conclusions here, but that sounds incredibly a lot like retaliation to me.

How about this, "if" Rambo had walked up on this railroad worker and said "excuse me sir, I am officer _______ and I need to ask you who you are and what you are doing here". The guy would probably have explained and "Rambo" could have moved on to some wino's to threaten and the city would not be involved in a lawsuit. Not to mention his bosses might not be in hot water. It seems like some people do not like being manhandled and cussed like a dog, instead of DEMANDING respect maybe the cop should try earning it. This railroad worker probably pays more in taxes than Barney Fife there makes in a year. I hope this guys sues the living shit out of that rat trap shithole so called city and their KKK attitude.
Wow

How many citizens have went to the sheriff JEFF YAYTES with this complaint ?
I have many times he said "I have nothing to do with WRPD", something he said about Hoxie chief of police ?
The reason I didn't want to go to Kirksey or Smith was it INVOLVED THEM ?

Yates has nothing to do with the local police departments. He is strictly over the county deputies. So that would just be a big waste of time. Not to mention the fact that you can never get ahold of him or his chief!

I agree on most of this but the judge didnt bite. Judge weeks threw the silly tickets out he knew what was up. I applaud him for that. He didnt just go with the rest of the crooked ones. So I think hes a fair guy
