No, a reporter said that speaking over the mother then the reporter stops talking and lets mom finish. A voice over is clear.

The police station is open all night. 3 minutes or less is how long it would have taken him to get to the police station.

He didn't go to the police station. He ran/

My theories have so far been: someone was giving/allowing her to abuse prescription medication, and she overdosed, so, knowing they would be charged theu hid the body. This can be ruled out bc decaying dna was not found in the home or truck (as far as I know). I've also thought maybe she simply ran away. But, when I was 14, I never went anywhere without having make up on, and most certainly wouldn't have "ran away" without packing a bag in which it was in. So I think if her makeup was still at home its safe to say she didn't run away, at least not in a planned out sort of way. At this point the only thing that seems logical is that, for whatever reason, the stepfather with or without help murdered her and disposed of the body. I would assume in deep water somewhere based on all the CSI episodes I've seen over the years. Knowing he waa caught, he committed suicide. Yes the autopsy ruled suicide. My gut feeling says search the water she probably wasn't hidden on land.

Like a Fox is right. Why are you trying to figure out what happened to Sidney when her mother is going through such a difficult time? She's sick and just lost her beloved husband for crying out loud! We should be focusing on helping Denise Cornell, not trying to find out where Sidney is. Denise is a loving, caring mother and she would do anything to protect her children. What she needs from us right now is our support-not criticism. None of this is her fault!

"Right"'s IP Address should be traced. Who in their right mind would be worried about Denise and not focused on finding Sidney? Someone involved in het disappearance! If it traces back tp Denise she should be arrested!!

The prescription and possible overdose seems like a great possibility however it may have happened , one if the key points in the beginning was the prescription pills and alcahol given to a minor

Why is ray js wanting about a thousand dollars storage for the truck and the price is going up daily. The state police have not released thr truck but rjs keeps raising the bill. This family probably needs the truck. But rjs seems to want it to. How much did it cost to pull the truck in. Ten dollars in gas. Now he can charge as much as he wants for storage. This is bullshit. Isnt this whete tommy allen works. Shocking this fired cop would be a lowlife cheat.

OMG! I was being sarcastic! LIKE A FOX doesn't make sense claiming that we should consider Denise's feelings. If you ask me, these Denise supporters are trying to take the focus off of finding Sidney.

To Like a fox: I apologize for calling you an idiot. That was wrong of me. I just get so angry thinking about Sidney and how I wish someone would have gotten her out of that situation. If she lived with me, I would have protected her. It's only human for us to wonder what happened to her. Now is not the time to worry about hurting her mother's feelings. Yes, I'm sure she is going through a lot, but she had the power to prevent this entire situation and she didn't. That's what being a good mother is all about. Not worrying about staying with an abusive man just to say you have a man. It's better to be single and have your children than to stay with a man who is capable of kidnapping your own child that you brought into this world. We're not talking about a stranger here, we're talking about a stepfather who was responsible for the care of this child. Of course we're going to wonder what happened!

Dang the amount of storage fees is probably more than the value of the truck! That's a darn shame!!

Its crookied as a snake. The trucks a 2000 ranger. Probably. 2500 to 3k on car lot. But thats one heck of a tow bill. Isn't it. I don't think this is anything new. They kick people when their down. This is just wrong. The police not releasing the truck. Is understandable but the tow n storage is just wrong. Its robbery.

At the beginning of Sidney's disappearance it was said that a week or so before she disappeared , John have her pills and alcohol and she passed out . In my opinion, that could be what happened again. Sidney is a small child ,reported to weigh 85 pounds. Due to her weight she could have easily been given an overdose . From that point, I have no clear theory what could have happened . That would certainly explain why her jacket is missing, because he may have put something in her drink while all the family was still up . She may have went to lay down on her bed and just never woke up . It had never made sense that she slept in a jacket that had a zippered front (too uncomfortable ) . John may have gone in the room later, discovered she was not breathing , and the rest is history .

I wonder if he was smoking in his car. The window on the driver side was half way down... or was he talking to somebody? Maybe with denise at the house? Maybe its nothin but I wonder that he, left it open when he walked away with the intension to kill himself. If it was cold like somebody else here said, then he would not drive around with shorts and a open window.
In a photo his facebook page or his wifes? There are cigarettes on a table. Smokers generally open a window when they smoke. jmo but it looks like he sat there a while in the truck. Maybe he got out of the truck to stand up or use the bathroom. He wasn't going back home for any need like that.

What I have been trying to say & u just dont get it. FIND SIDNEY THEN U CAN BASH AWAY AT HER MOTHER IF U FEEL THE NEED. I have never said she was or want a good parent, I honestly dont know.I do believe I seen this family before & if I remenber the stepfather was redfaced & yelling at the mother. I just remenber the look in this womens eyes. They were sooo empty. It was at WalMart. looked at him & said excuse me r u ok? to the wife. She just smied he slammed her door & walked around & got in his auto. I just remenber those eyes. I made comment to my friend how rude he was. Im just saying there is always 2 sides to everything. I do believe her mother made lots of mistakes. But thats not what is important right now. The police is the ONLY ONE she should be talking too. Not u Not me because people get the stories all bent outta shape & then the drama starts. Its just being humans, but it dont make it right. Just like u all think Denise has made mistakes, what r u all doing? Just focus of finding this child. Godspeed

For all of yall who thinks the mother should be glad her husband is dead....?????because she is getting a divorce. Do u not think people can get a divorce & not wish the spouse would die. I mean come on we r not suppose to be savages. I think this mother has alot on her plate, guilty or not. When the time comes she could be legally responsiable.I understand u think because husband killed stepdaughter then mother should be glad he is dead. Do u see how crazy that seems. I mean u dont even know for sure he did kill hisself. I assume he did & Ibelieve most everything on here. But thats why we have courts & judges. For all we know it could have been the mother. I mean since everyone thinks I am defending her on here. Ok, mom finds out husband messing with daughter. Daughter pretty & young. Mom sic abusied, doesnt take care of self. Stepdaugher looking good & mom sees sepdad looking. She gets jealous, she files for divorce. Stepdad rages starts messing with daughter & mom finds where Sidney admits to the abuise. Mom knowing she dont have long to live, thinks ok They will all die. She kills daughter & then stepfather! Now r u all happy Go find Sidneys body!

That's what I thought too, momof4. Also someone said they thought he was in a hurry and put on his boots...well, after a way too long speculation over the # of pairs of Sydney's shoes, I hate to bring it up, but if I was in a hurry, and unless work boots were all I owned, they would be my last choice. There is no slipping them on... the laces have to be partially undone at least half way down in order to get your foot out, and have to be retightened from the bottom up.
