HELLLLL TO THE NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. They disrespect their employees, they do not care one shh!+ about anyone except management. I was wrote up for attending the funeral of an immediate family member. That's how much they actually care. Only go work there if A: you have nowhere else to turn (that includes mcdonalds) or B: you have no desire to maintain your sanity. and C: its only temporary. I still have a lot of friends who are miserable there but are only there because theres nowhere else to go. Trust me i've worked some crap a$$ jobs and that place is the sh!++iest.

I used to work there and missed quite often and never was wrote up, you must have had crappy attendance already. its not a bad place to work, its better than no job, which is better than a lot of people have.

My son worked there before he got out of college and it was a great place to work. You must have gotten fired and are seeking revenge. They have great benefits and treat their employees fair, if the employee deserves it. However they will get rid of those who are not productive.

Fair?! Ha unless of course you mean threatening to write anyone up who couldn't make it to work because of the flooding, then oh ya they're fair. It's a terrible place to work. Benefits are ok but not great by far. You people can try to rag on that guy all you want but he is right. No one who works there wants to stay there. But you can't make anyone believe it until they actually see it. They honestly could care less about their employees. All they're worries about is their quota.

For your information I quit there of my own accord for alot less stressful and better paying job. Oh and so you know I was very productive. I was a favorite around there actually, but it was driving me literally insane. I would go back to that job with a gun pointed at my head.

Oh, that makes a lot more sense. I can see why they fired you. Your not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Maybe a job pick up trask would be more in line with your educational level.

I worked at custom pak for almost 8 years. It is a very physical And fast paced! It is also very hot in there. If you are a young person in good shape,it probably won't be that bad. I was 21 when I started and now my elbows hurt all the time. I will be fine if you do not plan on retireing from the place :)

they don't work you 24 hours a day, but i remember working six days a week all summer long. and three of those six days being a twelve hour shift. tell me you'd feel like doing anything after working that much. that's what the person meant. it's a physically demanding job that i personally hated. i felt stuck in a rut when i worked there. and i will have carpal tunnel for the rest of my life because of that job.
hate it

That place sux....biggest hell hole i've ever worked at.The bosses and their buddies on third shift sit in the break room all night playing cards or guitar while others did their jobs.
