He was just spotted in the Portia bottoms chasing a freight train. I think he liked the looks of the big caboose - probably thought it was the backside of a female shefoot. :)

One local residence found out about this hazard of befriending a bigfoot when they ran into a young strap of an ape in their front yard, according to the local television station.
At first the bigfoot seemed friendly enough so the man approached it.
Big mistake !! as the big ape charged him and began to attack. The man ran to his pick-up hoping to escape, but the bigfoot the local in the ribs with his overly grown fingers and forcing the man to jump into the back of the truck for safety.
the local man was safe, but his cigarettes were not.
"The bigfoot climbed up [into the truck cab], put his big on butt on my pickup seat and got my pack of cigarettes and started chewing on them," the Portia man said.
When the bigfoot got even more aggressive, the man and called the police and the Game Warden for help.
Even with the use of a stun gun, it took five men to restrain the angry, tobacco-addicted bigfoot.
Lawrence County Game Warden suggested that the whole incident could have been avoided.
"Admire them bigfoots from a distance, but do not approach them because you never know - your women folk may be next !! they can be dangerous," he told KAIT. This nicotine-loving creature is populatin like crazy !! the game and fish is lookin at the possibility of an open gun season for sasquatch so we can rid the county of the nuisance, smelly fellas.

Ok! This is the latest. The large creature that is been reported in the Fender, Richwoods, PortiaBay and Coffman and Cord bottoms is now though to be at least two if not three differnt creatures. The DNA has been taken from from hair, stoll and urine samples. The DNA will tell more about the creature athan anything else. Game & Fish is denying any such creasturebecause it would cost millions to protect ii as an endangeres species. Most of the reports you read on topics is bunk or wild imanginations, but some are obviously real. Keep alert, get a good picture if you see one of the creatures, verify everything about the surroundings and notify game and fish or law enforcement immediately. These creatures are breeding right now. They are animals and have an annual breeding cycle. Any breeding annimal can become agressive so don't antaganize one if you have a close encounter. It is thought they will not be here beyond January. Good luck!

Yeap, some people with no clus have nothing else to say but run someone down. The big ape or whatever it is is likely smarter than some humans. I say he is doing pretty well minding his own business. He/she has not hurt anyone, just trying to eat, breath and maybe have a little fun along the way. I wonder how old it is?

I bought a gallon of eggnog and put it on a greased cable and hung it from a tree limb. It is about 6 feet from the ground. The lid is off so the odor would get out. I put it in the woods north of the railroad tracks north of Portia Bay. It is close enough to see from the highway. At lease it is until he/she gets it.

Maybe there is more than one. Maybe they reproduce in the swamps by the river (?). Maybe he cut his hair (?) or even took a bath, you know before the winter sets in. Haven't seen him today.

Breaking News: The big ape looking creature was seen under the railroad tressel just before the Black Rock Bridge. I tried to snap a shot but a big gravel truck was right behind me and blew his horn when he saw it and it romped away slinging its arms and acting like it was very distrubed. I bet it weighs 400 plus lbs and is a giant. Oh mercy, my heart is still racing over it. This is the last I will say on the subject, but he had a plate full.
