Everything about this conviction stinks. This isn't justice. This kid was railroaded. This disgusts me. This just shows how reprehensible the police and courts of Mississippi remain.

This entire case was a pro-prosecution kangaroo court insane circus from the beginning. For whatever reason, the Judge acted as a second-seat prosecutor and personally unprofessionally did his best to send a child to jail for life, with every confidence The Good Ol' Boys System would uphold the verdict, which worked with the appellate court but not with the MS Supreme Court, the majority of which basically bitch-slapped this crooked Judge in their ruling to reverse this fabricated conviction. Had the jury seen and heard ALL the evidence and been told ALL the facts, instead of the picked-and-chosen warped version portrayed by the Judge and his fishin' buddies on the prosecution, the child would have been found not guilty. Not letting the child's mother protect his rights? Letting the true murderer speak privately to the child again outside of the presence of his mother and/or an attorney? And of course,"two fingers on the trigger"? This insanity deserves a one-finger salute

Interesting to note the judge allowed a so called expert to testify there were TWO fingers on the weapon, WHICH WAS NEVER FOUND!!! MS supreme court found "many errors" in that trial, this child was cheated out of his childhood by this judge. Is the MS Judicial Performance Committe going to punish this judge for his "many gross errors" in this case???? Bet NOT!!! UGH Complaints to this committee is CERTAINLY WARRANTED!!!

Someone will first need to file the complaint with the Judicial Performance Committee. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if they did sanction the judge.

This system in Mississippi isn't fair. No one will be sanction for anything. It's sad that a community can't generate change. To much old $$$ and old point of views running the show. We they die out the new generation will help inflict order, due to the fact that time and circumstance will have taught them better.
