Do not spend a dime with this company! They said they sent my shipment but I did not recieve it. customer service has not a clue what to do and has promised that someone will call me every day. No one ever calls! I cannot locate anyone at their offices and there phone number does not work. Do not order from this company!

I ordered two rings from them and did receive both. However, both were defective and I am in the middle of returning them. I have sent them both back with insurance and tracking through USPS. Hopefully it will not be a fight to get the money back on my credit card.

I had the SAME problem. Made an exchange and after a month, still no new item. Customer service forwarded messages to "management" saying someone would call me back, but I have yet to recieve a call! The girl told me to just keep calling until they get tired of seeing my messages and finally call me back. What kind of customer service is THAT??? I gave up and canceled my order, which they didn't seem to concerned about. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered 3 items from them. One was on backorder and I changed that item to something else. I received my order 2 DAYS later. They are TRUE sterling silver rings and perfect for my wedding in November. My rings came in individual boxes inside a larger box with bubble wrap all around them...they were snuggle nestled in their boxes with no damage. I would recommend this company to anyone that wan't beautiful silver cz jewelry.

I am sooooo pissed I placed my order almost 30 days ago and still no shipment. This is the first and the last time that I will be scammed by them!

Now I'm going to have to fight with my credit card company to get my money back!!

Same same same thing.. first i ordered á ring and stopped the order and ofc they never stopped the order and still got my money.. so now im here 140$ less and no product. really a scam :/
