It's a long shot but it is possible. Like I mentioned before I don't think any thing will start until November.

Thanks so much for the information and the updates. It is greatly appreciated. A lot of people care about this issue.(One of Dale's friends who lives out of state has asked me to keep them updated...so there are people everywhere that care!)

January 13, 2010 is the new date to set for trial. This time we postyponed the trial date . We didn't need that much time it is just the way it worked out. Cournay B. the DA has been reassigned to this case. Cournay is the DA's expert on insanity cases. It was at my request that we have Cournay prosicute this case. She has been on this case since it was first assigned. If you read my eairler post the DA was goning to replace Cournay. Cournay has some other trials starting Monday. Her boss didn't want her to try and prosicute any other cases with ours. So it is disapointing but it is what I asked for as far as DA's go.

Seems like a lot of time between now and then for things to get changed or postponed or cancelled.

Yes it is a long time. We thought it would start in November. I'm not sure why it got pushed out so far. If my plan works though it will be to our advantage to have this extra time. I wish I could explain and I will. I just can't now. We have waited this long, a few more weeks wait is worth it to have Courtnay prosecuting this case. The trial will be in two parts. First the who done it part. Heck I could prosecute that part. There really isn't any doubt that Cospillo caused the carnage that resulted in the death of Dale. The second part is the real trial. Sanity!! This is where Courtnay comes in to play. This is her expertise.
