What is your connection to the team that you're basing this knowledge on?

3 receivers are back, one is moving to tail back, one lineman that started a game and others that played a lot when we got the lead (sometimes st playing in the late second or early third. 3 or 4 defensive players are coming back. You also have a JV team that won league (undefeated) last year and a freshman team that lost the championship in the final game. As far passing league, they've had two. Played okay against Cal High and did decent against El Rancho, and the they improved. So that varsity player experience and the 95% of starters is gone is false, so you don't know.

Come on if u really know high school football you know that JV and Fresh are not Varsity. It means nothing to have a good record in either, except to the boys and their parents.
This is gonna be a rebuilding year.
But luckily the Suburban league is a creampuff league. So Varsity should do well.
But pre-season and post-season they will get thier butts kicked, just like last year.

Oh No, someone might spy on LM football!!!!
My gosh, this is high school. Not the NFL.
This doesn't mean squat to anyone but the kids who play and the parents who live vicariously through them.

We have enough Al Bundys in the world, teach kids that there is way more to life that the Micky Mouse of high school sports.

My kids played high school sports (football and baseball) and never once did I live vicariously thru them. One is going to CSUF on a non a non athletic scholarship. Maybe if you went to one of the games you would see several adults in the stands that just want to cheer the local high school on. They are the ones that support the kids and their community and don't rip people and stereotype.

It is gonna be tough. They did lose A LOT of talent. Rebuilding is exactly what's gonna happen. Their league isn't too good, and 4 of the teams make it to the playoffs, so getting to CIF shouldn't be too hard. But they're most likely one and done in the playoffs.

Outside of La Habra-who is always good=the Freeway League sucks. Fullerton who is decent at best could not win the Suburban league.

Mayfair and La Mirada are always tough, Norwalk has been solid these past couple years as well. Bellfower can be competitive, too. Artesia, Glenn, and Cerritos struggle every year. And 4 teams make from the league. Point is, you really have top be weak to not make it to CIF out of the Suburban league.

And you really can't compare La Habra. No matter what trash league they come out of, they regularly play and compete well with the bigs (minus the whuppin they got from Servite), and they've won a gang of titles. No argument there. confused. No argument at all.

La Habra is good they took a whuppin from Servite and another one from Bosco. They always seem to reload (Drake from St. Paul and Peko from wherever) and a new safety from Mater Dei this year. And they have won a gang of titles. It's always La Habra and Tustin in CIF championship. And yes the Freeway League is one of the most pathetic leagues in CIF (Sonora, Troy,Sunny Hills and Buena Park) now that's a stellar league, everyone fears those teams, but that's your league and you play the teams that are scheduled just like we do.

Yeah, those punk freshmen think their hot stuff for beating up on other punk freshmen.
Let the big boys break them down and teach them what it really takes to be Varsity
You'll probably lose 2/3 of those punks
