I bought a car at the Key Bridgeport location partially due to the fact I wouldn't have far to go for service.

Too bad.

I love the people at Key Hyundai in Milford, that's where I got my Kia Sorento (which I LOVE!). Their service department is one of the best I've ever dealt with.

I've bought a few cars from them. You can't beat Hyundai for price ,value and a great warranty.Quality is good also. But it sucks to see the North Ave place empty. And going to Milford for service won't be convenient

I can't understand how someone could blame the mayor of Bridgeport for this becuase he had nothing to do with it. Key wasn't driven out of town by him or anybody else. They drove themselves out of town, and the big rip-off by an employee didn't help matters. Put the blame where it belongs.

Just what Bridgeport needed, another empty building.

Any takers on how long it will remain empty?

You might want to watch what you say when you don't know people. Karma will slap you right in the face and quite honestly its a little rude, childish and immature. The Merriams are great people you should not treat anyone like that.

And for the rest of you that don't know anything about the Merriams or exactly what happened or who it happened to, you really need to find something better to do with your time than sit on this site and talk a lot of nonsense that you don't know anything about. First of the they are all the best employers, they would do anythin for their customer and employees, second you obviously don't know anything about them if you will sit on a silly newspaper website and try to bad mouth them, just so you know it can all be traced through your computer and it is very easy to find out who is leaving nasty messages, I have personally already started having them traced. Please find a hobby, they welcome one and all and you will always be treated with the upmost respect and get the best prices and service. Please stop bad mouthing them it only makes you look immature and ridiculous.

You know, I was in Milford/Orange today on the Post Road. I was really shocked to see so many empty storefronts. Furniture stores, bedding stores, the old Dakota restaurant, some former Mexican place. This economy is kicking a** everywhere. Its a shame whats going on with so many business, and I'm barely holding my head above water lately.
