I realyl hope that the 17 yr. old makes it through. Why in the world are these younge kids out so late at night on a Sunday in the first place. I just wish & hope that no matter how hard it is as parents to control our kids where abouts we need to learn to be much more stern as far as curfews go no matter how odl they are. Too many teens are getting killed or seriuosly injurded from car crashes and most are being done late at night. Please help by keeping track and stricted rules on your own kids!!

Another illegal 16 year old out there driving with passengers. Now I am sure there will be another rediculous lawsuit against the town. Maybe instead of bad road conditions like kid in January driving 80mph on a back road, this accident might be caused by the evening being to dark. Someone should tell the parents with 16 year old children they are responsible.

When is the governor going to wake up? Does she really think this new law is going to change anyhing? The law they have in place now is doing NOTHING and as you can see the law efforcement is not doing anything as well. Lets make some real changes and stop wasting time and save young peoples lives.

Raise tyhe driving age to 18 and get it over with! All these extra restriction won't solve the problem.

That would be too easy and it would make the law makers look bad. This new law will do nothing.
