The more the royal VIP has made in favour of the PREM (People Rebel Endangering Mission) or PAD, the speedier the one of our Thai pillar will be eroded without exception!

One of Thai judge chief said to me about the malpractice of the Appeal Court that withdrew the rebel conducting charged to nine PREM operators. He optimistically relies upon the authority of the Jurisdiction Commission to consider such a malpractice course. Yet, to file a case with the International Criminal Court (ICC) is another channel to do.

All people including the royal VIP are subject to the law. Except for the King whose deeds is stipulated by the constitution as being exempt from any wrongdoing in the tenet that THE KING CAN DO NO WRONG. Besides the King, anybody who dares intervene the sovereignty such as jurisdiction authority is a rebel. The court personnel who cooperate with the rebel in order to do something in favour of the rebel "PREM" will also be charged as a rebel.

Never before that Thai people could nastily see foreign matter in the society like this, indicating that our country becomes the "land of white crow".

All the things are really topsy-turvy!

Ha Ha Ha Ha

And you will see that our princess will be forced to make another tone of speech.

Please remember, anybody who dare to do nasty thing before the people or do against the feeling of the majority is tantamounting to challenging the people!

From now on, no one will genuinely pay respect to these royal VIPs but a damn! We can clear it out of our minds.

How necessary of me to be there?
If only the people there were able to access to both side information.
And if ones whom capable to speak, could speak all the facts.
However, it is useless to do so now. It is not an ultimate goal at this period of time.
The problem is the most serious conflict ever in Thai history is happening and on going.
The conflict was just simply started from one man so-called GAY's(Good Alchemist Yet) DAD(Doctor AIS Dude),one whom never had enough.
Why would both of you give him a moral support and encourage him to go back to the court for justice.
With his money, he could hire best of the best lawyer to defend his guilty with all the 3 would just last for years...
But c’mon, goodness always blesses innocent people.
What is he afraid of!!?
From then, if you and the GAY (Good Alchemist Yet)truly believe that there is something absolutely wrong w/ the way Thailand was or is or will be then let us talk at the time.
Confident enough to do so, wouldn’t you?

As judges function on behalf of the King. whatever the judges perform and do good for the justice, the King is aloft and praised. Otherwise, the King will more or less be affected, inevitably.

As the ultimate authentication is so provided to the jurisdiction power, there are of course something lopsided about the thinking approach that could easily lead to the abuse of power as long as the jurisdiction cannot make itself cross-audited and transparent in the functional process.

Ordinary people are deliberately treated different way with somebody in different jurisdiction platform.

It deems innocent that you urge others to encounter the ill fate in doing so, why not you yourself, Alchemistress?

Why don't you take the corrupted politicians aside? Politicians who are accused of committing a corruption deserve getting in the jurisdiction process as long as the system is fine enough.

Once the September 19, 2006 coup, ad hoc investigative bodies were invented to serve the assigned allegation. Even if we realize well in one's bad trait, we cannot take away the principle of "freedomship of the people as well as their human-being dignity".

Defendant would feel better and succumb to the verdict should the persons who proceed and consider the case are good and reliable enough. Otherwise, defendant will feel against them.

Extraordinary investigative and judging bodies which were established by the coup consist of persons who are somewhat antagonistic towards Thaksin Shinnawatra.

Besides the unjustified establishment of such functional bodies, it's also clamable by the defendant in aptly escaping the wrong-doing cases!

Don, I think your stamina should be invigorated right away and please come on track of keeping our realistic democracy for Thailand away from the royal VIP who has made herself evidently witnessed to the public in masterminding the PREM (People Rebel Endangering Mission).

Yes, a democratic civil war is coming. Not only you, all of the intelligent along with the majority of the people will help fighting with the royal VIP and PREM.

I think it's high time to put a real democracy regime in place for our beloved country even having to cause a bloodshed!

To pete,
You are still stuck with the corruption context that PREM (People Rebel Endangering Mission) or PAD has seduced. May I call it a "fallacy" that can make people mixed up!

PREM operation is to bring back the semi-monarchical regime which is of course against the democratic current. They dare to limit the representation by the people to merely 30 per cent in their indecent proposal.

Please do not lost your way, this is a terrible mission as conspired by the royal figures in connection with the PREM.

Could you please turn to page 10 where I posted capturing the blurred focus as to how the differentiation between corruption and democratic regime is made.

It's ridiculous that PREM (People Rebel Endangering Mission?) has proposed to substitute the people representation with the scattered interest groups in the proportion of up to 70 per cent, for example.

Anyone could find for a long way that interest groups will never do anything for the whole country but their respective groups. Interest groups can do it even in a negotiation manner of cartel-rigging for their own benefits. Moreover, larger business conglomerates will eventually dominate the parliament house.

A conclusion that representation by interest groups are inappropriate is evidenced in the world history of democracy foundation.

Politicians who could clear themselves out of interests vested are most suitable to the representation for the sake of the country.

In spite of being out-of-date in democratic methodology, PREM or PAD has yet performed as if most of the people were so stupid like their followers, most of which come from the southern part representing Democrat Party, who always take side irrationally.

Democrat Party is the party which was much involved in enactment of eleven laws making way for foreigner's domination. Thaksin Shinnawatra broke his pledge to the public that he will correct the flaws of such laws. Instead, he had taken benefits by exploiting such laws shamefully during his terms of office. But that is the matter of politician conduct.

Now, the royal figures have conspired with PREM to take this greedy opportunity to sustain their status and suppress the democracy regime as long as they desire.
