Conn. murder, rape charges dismissed based on DNA

A woman is in her car on morning. She is kidnaped and is raped. She identifies the rapist( she had plenty of time to look at him) and he is convicted by a jury in a fair trial. 20 year later someone finds an envelope with the rapist's name on it containing a piece of stained fabric. The DNA from the stain does not match the rapist's DNA - and voila - another headline claiming "Innocent Man Free!".
