Teen critical following crash

It's not an accident if the law says you must do this to drive and you ignore it. And from the insurance standpoint, it will automatically be her fault. If she had obeyed the law the accident probably wouldn't have happened. People don't mean to go through red lights and stop signs either right? Would you say it was just an accident then if they did it and a teen was critical because of their not paying attention? I mean who turns onto rte 5 and hits a car head on?

my brother was sitting in the back seat and got hurt the worst all i want is for everyone to pray that he gets better this isnt a joke my brother almost died there was no drinkin involved they were about 30 seconds away from our house

yeah , i know him pretty well and so many people at school pray that hes ok. im so sorry about all this.
