Robert Saylor, a 26-year-old man with Down Syndrome, died of suffocation while in the custody of three off-duty sheriff's deputies last month, according to the ruling of the Baltimore County Medical Examiner's office .

This is reprehensible.Frederick county needs to get a clue and hire some intelligent people to enforce the law.This young man was unable to stand up to 3 fools.But,what do you expect from a backwoods place like this?Cops like to stop old ladies in cars here,too,and beat them up.Not to mention,just pull them over and harass them,in.unmarked cars,not providing any reason for stopping them.Give some people a bit of authority,they go nuts.And,unfortunately,this is what Frederick county has gotten on its force-a few nuts.

This was my favorite story of the year.:)
The retard just died when he panicked for his mother. He would have never amounted to anything except a massive bill to be paid by public dollars.
