Of course there's going to be more living together. Doesn't matter the race, don't you lose your "assistance" if your married? Regardless of living with two parents doesn't mean it's the babies daddy living there.
Why is this article even in the newspaper. Try writing an article on "assistance fraud" or "why people don't get married anymore".
