"Two Pottawatomie County officials have reached a settlement with the country attorney over their violations of state's open meeting law."

Two commissioners came under fire after they changed an employment contract without discussing it in a public meeting.

The city attorney has been forced to ask the AG for an opinion because one of our own commissioners can't stop himself for breaking this law.
