I supposed fines were to be paid prior to release from jail. Not so I guess. If the fines aren't paid when due and payable in Texas, do they send the law after you, or just write cursory letters threatening to send the law after you ? He has already stated he will pay no fines, so I guess he means it. Wonder if Bowie County decorates the jail for Christmas ?

No they are repaying me for the time spent stupid.

Anyway who would care if the spent time in that jail?
It is clean. The food isn't that grate but there is cable TV, much dope brought in by guards and the Bowie county cops.
One of them may even be itsy's body guard.
That is if he can get off of her long enough. ;')

That is why the place is so over crowded. It is just a nice place to hang out.

It is as my attorney's e-mail said.

As far as who would care if they spent time in jail!THAT would be you !Your wife and son would be just lost with you not there to guide them through the pitfalls of life!!!I saw a judge give a man 90 days for "comtempt of court"!! On second thought ..maybe you should just keep your money and take your chances with the "system"!!!
