I am just curious. What is done is done! Have you people nothing to do or maybe work would have a positive effect on you? Why not leave the 80 year old sick gentleman alone to suffer out his last years. I know him and he surely did not distroy himself intentionaly. Why not let it go instead of being kids and na-na-na-na-na to you. I won't play unless it is my way. Leave it to the courts and go on with your lives as sick as it might sound!

We have moved on and doing quite well for ourselves considering everything that we had to overcome after FFHS fiasco.

When someone ask a question, make any false comments or something to do with security we will respond from time to time.

PS. We were not ("PLAYING any games" as you put it!) what it was, was a lot of hard work, time and money wasted only to watch a lot of good jobs lost and drivers going elsewhere.

It's funny how Concerned was trying to stir the pot again, federal freight is dead and gone... Just Me Saying has been around this business for over 20 years so it's safe to say they know what they're talking about... I will admit that I'm also intrigued by what kind of information Concerned thinks they have, but yet no additional information provided after being call to the mat.
I'm just a person that's enjoying watching that old man get a taste of his own medicine from others.

Rumors has Gerald working with Steve Grove at Green Valley in Tracy, CA -- Guess the old man was able to pull a fast one on the courts too. I wonder how much longer will he be able to hide the Dutch Star RV before the bank finds it? Plus the 4 or 5 trucks he hid or lied about not belonging to federal fght.

We have known people in the past going to jail for pulling one tenth the crap that this old man has pulled on everyone.

Its all over for FFHS. I was watching the auction and its gone.
I sure hate the way R&R/AATCO went to crap.There was alot of good ppl there.
I have no suggestions for a good place. Russ stated he was workin on something for O/O, but dont know exactly what he has going.

I just talked to Russ the other day they are still moving forward their program, but they are making certain that everything is in place for them and the drivers before making any announcements.

There is only a handful of drivers, friends and investors that know that current status, this is to protect their investment and time. I was also told by another customer that they are now traveling for the next six to eight weeks meeting with new and old customers and visiting with selected drivers.

I was told that anna & michael mitchell has purchased several of federal freight tractors from the bankruptcy auction. guess old gerald will make another go at it with them this time, as long as their money and credit can holds out. i bet no one would be shock if they heard this wasn't the first time gerald pull this stunt. it's too bad gerald had to screw over the owner operators and even the employees i am just glad it's now over

none of Gerald family want any part of his scheming and outlaw ways. the way it was explained to me awhile back by a close friend of mind that works at red river she said that mike was one of them reefer drivers and has something in background that prevents him from handling certain loads and this anna actually showed up at rrad along with a few others people claiming to be employees at federal freight and handle some dod freight illegally (aka) bootlegging involving gbl's. once word got back to the tmo office one of my sources told me that dss and sddc revoked gerald's clearances and cancelled his fso status.

To my understanding Mike was only a driver on the reefer division and Anna was never employee at ff, The following office people had nothing to with the final death of federal freight: David, Charles, Fred, Paulette, Rose, Candy, Kim, Ed, Russ, Karen, Pam, Tina, Debra, Sonya, Rosemary, Penny, Amy or Juanita it all can be blamed on the one man that owned it and always insisted on having total control over everything:

Karen and I don't care one way or another anymore it's over and considered part of our past, we have moved on and doing quite well for ourselves, we are now doing consultant work and spot bidding for a couple of different companies and developing new relationship with Menlo logistics... I just notice something here on Topixs about the Mitchell's and to my knowledge they may have helped Gerald when he called and asked, but since the ending of the auction they claimed to have broken all ties with Gerald according to her recent email sent to us on 11/15/2009.

Everyone please let Federal Freight fade into the sunset of the history books and have a safe journey where ever your roads may take you..

After several emails with Anna, I would be surprised to see them in any deep business relationship together with Gerald, but then again I never thought GTR would beat us out of our earnings.

I trust GTR about as far as I can spit with the wind in my face. We hope the Mitchell's are able to do well and no hard feelings towards anyone in the office or any of the drivers, my anger will remain with only one person and that is with Gerald the compulsive liar and we refuse to mend any of words about or towards him.

With that said best of luck to everyone and we hope to remain in touch with everyone, but somehow we also understand if some folks still feel we are somehow to be blamed for the crap GTR pulled at ffhs..
