I'm betting the attorney ask him to. ;'(

There should be a reenactment for the case.
He should show the Jury just what he did. JMO!

Maybe I just don't know Texas law, but why would there be a jury trial in a misdemeanor case?

I know that is not standard procedure for a misdemeanor crime ( to go to a jury). I've had limited experience in Texas misdemeanor courts and never saw a jury trial for one. What makes this case different?

Please! "blue ranger", don't take this as me being rude this time.

It means a lot.
So you will either have to waite until after the trial.
Or you will have to take the time to be at the trial to know.

Yet you are correct about something.

True, I love the thought process. I could be wrong on this one, but even in a misdemeanor charge, the defendant has a right in Texas to request a jury trial.....so many days/nights before the actual event.

I'm like "fedtheHup" I really don't know the background to this story and I think you'll tell us the truth more than the little party involved. Did Wounded do something wrong and he's going to court or was it misconduct on Officer Johnson's part and he's going to court? I've read the different threads and it seems Wounded was in the wrong and just did not like being taken to jail and has it in for the officer for whatever happened.....????? What really happened?????TKS

I only know what I have read, and it is my opinion based on what I have read that Wounded drove through a barricade with two children in his vehicle and my thoughts are that when approached by the arresting officer Mr.Wounded probably let his big mouth over load his little ass!!It seems he tries to make a mountain out of a mole hill no matter what the case may be.He has said the officer took his fake eye out and was abusive, well,I wasn't there but my guess it's the normal drama from Wounded. There seems to be conspiracy with any authority figure if you believe what this fool writes. You will have to wait like the rest of us for the real story,I am sure it will come out.JMO!!!!

Thru all the crazy rantings, I'd say that was a very logical analogy.

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Leo

Although the emphasis on laughter and leisure will continue during the rest of the month, today you'll also have to pay attention to your working life. You might have to put in some extra hours in order to meet a deadline, or you could soon be given new responsibilities. If you're fed up with your current job, start considering your options.
