Maybe a Hotdog stand? Just a little more subtle, but be sure not to hang your pricelist on the telephone pole.

In the United States of America we have a First Ammendment freedom of speech, there is no such thing as a right not to be offended.

What ever happened to free speech? You dont have a right not to be offended. If you dont like free speech, go live in a country that doesnt have free speech as a constitutional right.

Funny now the muslims can get together to discuss how they're offended by cartoons, but they don't get together to discuss how evil it is for one of their own to kill Americans. I'd say "their fellow Americans" but they don't seem to consider themselves Americans like the rest of us. They think they're better, and they're out to impose sharia law on us or kill us.

This isn't about tolerance or freedom of speech. It isn't about immigrants who we think should be grateful to breathe our air and eat our twinkies.
This is about being protected from idiots skulking around your property hanging inflammatory print-outs. Plenty of people have surely said in the past, "it was just a burning cross, it's not like they torched the place".
I think the most positive thing to have arisen from this last decade of anti-Islamania is how it's created a comfortable space for the average Joe to come out and show his true colors. We think we're so gracious and high-minded, but the contents of our sick souls is easy to see in these public forums.
Americans aren't hated because we love jesus and freedom, it's because we're greedy and clueless.

when you finish your liberal arts education in a few years and actually get some life experience and have to deal with the Muslims, then come back and say that again. Bet you won't.

I'm a german lutheran high-school drop out, and I'm reasonably sure from your comments that I've got at least a decade on you.

oh, and for the record, the place was crowded and went over schedule because so many people'd lined up with questions and comments.

Bannedgeek--They are using a city ordinance that forbids posting flyers on telephone poles. I am not kidding, that is it.
Now any day in the summer driving in St Cloud you will see numerous garage sale signs tacked on telephone poles but I have never heard of anyone being charged for that. They may have been, I'm just saying I never heard of any.
I don't disagree with your posts, in fact I agree with them. However the reason he is being charged is that someone complained about the flyers he posted. I don't imagine anyone complains about the garage sale signs. Although, I have heard of cities enforcing no signs on boulvards, i.e. garage sales, real estate, etc.
