Who is the City Council or anyone to tell us what to put into our public water supply?!?! The more natural the better. No More Poisons and Toxins in our water! Fluoride is toxin. period. Tooth decay is a scare tactic because it symbolized our own demise. So we add a toxin to our water because we are subconsciously afraid of Death!? We are so controlled by the Corporate/Govt.
