I've searched some consumer reports sites and looked up some public records and read some things, but has anyone on topix dealt with this company?
I'de hate to sign a lease and get burned some how. Does anyone know of anyone who has done business with these people? Any feedback good or bad would be appreciated.
Stay away from that one Mon. It don't sound good.

Yes, stay away. I'm sure a blue tarp on the beach is a much better abode for you, for the price you want to pay.

Where there's smoke there's usually fire. Check all consumer reporting sites such as ripoff report, complaints board or other blogs on the topic.
We almost rented a nice somewhat cheap place until we found out that the landlord steals from the tenants while they are at work,(Chronic).

Also, never rent in a neighborhood just to save a couple of hundred bucks a month, it isn't worth it.
You'll be losing thousands of dollars later in merchandise that's stolen from you.

How's dumpster life treating you? did you get some red meat over the weekend?

Be sure to rent in Kahala. It's where the rich live so they do cocaine in their BMW's, instead of Ice in rusted out Hondas. You'll feel much better when you're being robbed by a better class of people.

Ive run across that name before on craigslist or something. I don't remember who posted it or everything they said, but it scared the hell out of me.

I've got kids, pets and valuables, the last thing I want is some sneaky A-hole chronics playing tricks.

And I heard you can't even call the police, because they get paid by the slumlord chronics to do the evictions for them. Go figure!

You CAN"T call the police? Just how do "they" have this power over you? I've never seen the police department evict anyone, in my entire life.

What? you don't like her comments because she doesn't like thieves? hmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!

I'm sure you probably look over your shoulder a lot, like chronics always do. You abuse your fellow man with your guilty writings before helping your hands to your ill gotten gains? Just saying.

I've never heard of it either, but I'm sure private contractor work does exist. In other words, it has to do with where supply and demand runs the market.

If you worked for a landscaper who paid you an hourly rate, but you just got home from work and then a neighbor paid you $10 to cut her lawn would you do it?

Probably, if it only took 10 minutes to do the whole job and she paid cash, it might be worth it.

The chronics our getting more control over the society.
Everyone thinks about the skinny freaks on a bicycle with a backwards baseball cap.
But now, more white collar crimes happen every single day from the well groomed drug addicted crowd.
They give many employee applicants drug test now at many companies, but the people who run some of these places seem to be untouchable and obviously hi on something, especially places that offer very low wages at part time jobs with no benefits.

That's what happened in the last election.
