With shows about pawn shops and storage locker auctions, what's mine is mine, and what's theirs is mine.
When they rent from me and they don't pay me, I will have their carcass kicked out on the beach real fast.
I don't care if they have little kids or pets, I'm not running a charity.
They will get their 20 minute eviction, and my team will sell all of their valuables. Those deadbeats deserve it.
I'm making more money selling merchandise now that I find left behind, than I did trying to collect rent from all of these bums.
After paying property taxes, doing renovations and all the fix up headaches, who's gonna take care of me?
Anybody that wants to rent from me better pay up or shut up, because I'll get it from them anyway when the eviction comes. lol, kudos buddy, these people need to get a realty check. Landlords are on top of the world, these fools haven't got a chance.
So the rumors are real. I just thought it was someones imagination. You mean to tell us that you're still loose running around? You must have a smart lawyer and an army of bodyguards.

Gimme say, "I'll get it from them anyways when the eviction comes," his attempt at being a smartass.

What a crock. The landlord loses bigtime in any eviction proceeding. At least three month's rent plus legal fees, clean-op and repairs and lost time in court for in exchange for what, a piss-stained carpet, an an old suitcase full of shitty clothes, a their rugrat future inmate's broken bicycle. Now get out there and earn some rent money, ya scumbags.

Do they have this confused with that show called Storage Lockers?

I'm sure some people probably get F'd for some antique furniture and silverware.
But when it happens in Hawaii, it's more likely, just probably a lost crack pipe and a bunch of crushed beer cans since jobs here only pay $8 an hour.

How many people read topics? and how many former evicted renters have come out to defend themselves? I don't see many do you?

Maybe it's because they are all a bunch of Obama azz licking liberal commies. What do you think my friend?

Well, most of the ones I see being evicted are the types that you would suspect would vote for Obama.

Does anyone know a good landlord that is not one?
I'm a poor college student and don't make much money doing retail, and I certainly don't want to be taken advantage of.
My friend tells me to be very careful, they are so corrupt.

Don't worry my dear, people have been experiencing the same unfortunate experiences all over the world.
Just believe in God and stand strong. The world is only temporary. To all those who have good hearts and have lost to misfortunes beware of scullduggery. But always remember to have faith in the creator, for it is the meek who will one rise again to inherit the earth with dignity.
The wicked will be judged and will not be too having, hence the fires of hell.

There are many good landlords renting out rooms, you just need to look.

Many people can't even pass credit checks now because of the lousy economy. If you are a poor college student, you should look for one that's fair and who offers a room that requires cheaper rent prices. Look online. Goof luck.

Eh? How does that one work? We all got Obama's economy, but even he can't screw up YOUR credit. The only way that I've ever heard to screw up your credit is to not pay your bills.

No the lenders are predatory from the beginning.

Think about it. How did people making $10 an hour qualify for a mortgage on a $650,000 house?

Also, somebody making $8 an hour can afford 5 credit cards with 24% interest and charge up debt of $100,000 or more?

Get real. There's a sucker born every minute.

YOU had to sign the cards to begin with, or don't you have self-control?
