I don't know much about the story, but there is a big buzz about it on social media sites. I don't think it's just here in Hawaii though, it's everywhere. Once more people step up to the plate and refuse to be doormats, slumlords will become a thing of the past, once they have to play by the rules that is.

...once they have to play by the rules that is...Wrong!
Hawaii law is very much slanted in the direction of the renters. Give up your guessing and wondering and pondering; spend an hour in court and actually see what happens or just pontificate from the forum Larrry.

Slum lords and bad renters are everywhere the difference is the courts in Hawaii favor the renters and most renters know this. So if slumlords are winning the battle with some renters they, meaning the renters, must be dumb as a coconut.

Fool! I'm gonna back that poster up.

Is that you BALLS? thought I smelled a dead rat. Posing as a slumlord again. Just remember, homeless people won't be paying for Obamacare because they have to have a job. As for you though, they will probably deduct it from your government nut check to pay for your already discounted meds. Sucka!

The story is about some scumbag property management companies on Oahu that cheat tenants and they have the badge in their pocket.
This idiot that keeps posting responses is known as Stumpy A.K.A Joe Balls, he's a nut job who collects a mental disability check. He pretends to be some big time slumlord, but he's really just a little broke jerk trying mess with everyone. He ran some kind of a food stamp scam. He's a real dirt bag.

GOOD tenants pay their rent on time and never see the landlord in court or have problems, BAD tenants don't pay their rent on time and aren't tenanats for long, being thrown off of property that they don't have a right to be on. Simple enough, boys and girls? Pretty stupid to think otherwise.

If the landlord has the title "Property Management" in the company name, run away, especially here in Hawaii.

Now that Obama has won the election, try to stay home and not rent for the next 4 years.

That way you'll be safe from homelessness and the real estate market will hit hit rock bottom by the time he's finally out of office.
Then buy a house for 10% of what it cost now.

You won't see it in Hawaii, but you will see a lot more homeless families and people living on top of each other. It's already happening, and it's not even Obama's 2nd term yet.

That's right.
We first started hearing about 20 minute evictions on Obama's watch.
I never heard about it before, now we are starting to hear about it all of the time.
The renters have the dammed Obama azz licker voters to thank for it.

It's legally IMPOSSIBLE to do a twenty minute eviction. Twenty minutes given to clear a house, MAYBE. But only after the eviction process is adhered to, which takes months. BTW, the original story was in the news eight years ago, the disgruntled renters on here just revived the bullshyt story. The truth is, a couple of "artists" were evicted after trying to pay four month's back rent with some of their stupid "artwork."

The answer is yes. Now that Obama is puppet-in-chief for 4 more years, get used to it.

What? I thought Obama was getting a 20 minute eviction. Now it's a 4 year eviction.
