I saw this on craigslist and I'm just passing it on. It looks like there's something really going on and the shills are trying to shut down the truth on topix.

So how did the court case work out for you? It's been over three months and we haven't heard from you. If the sheriffs came to evict you it took months to get you out as they are at the ass-end of the eviction process, so it was a long time coming. How long did you manage to live rent-free and screw the landlord? Three months, or was it longer? Did you screw the electric and water companies too? The cable company? Did you pay for the cat-piss stained carpeting that will have to be replaced? Does the toilet flush, or have you stopped that up too? Watch out now, landlords do talk and we'll be watching for ya.

That's because the property management company is owned by liberal democrats, no doubt.

If this had happened in a conservative state with a republican president, the lawsuits in favor of the tenants would have been backed tenfold.

It's because of the corruption in this liberal state, that the property managers are corrupt, the cops are corrupt, the lawyers are corrupt, the judges are corrupt and the local news media is owned by the chicken winged democrat party.

Next time, don't rent in Hawaii. Move to Arizona where you can at least get a fair trial.

Thanks for the post. I've been looking for a low cost rental on CL but they post so much that the warnings get buried before they are ever seen most of the time.

I've enjoyed low rent for the last 17 years but they are tearing down the building to make way for the new rail system. I hate to get screwed by some idiot, my landlord has always been fair and honest.

The original poster should have checked out his story before posting bout it. To begin with, there is NO "Ewa Beach Sheriff". It would be nice if these anti-landlord trolls would follow up to the conclusion of these eviction cases. I suspect they are mostly decided in the landlords favor. It doesn't make sense that a landlord would throw someone out if their rent was paid on time and they were in compliance with the lease agreement. Why in the world would that happen, it simply makes no sense.

The corruption in Hawaii is running rampant. The solutions won't come easy, especially since we are a divided and conquered nation.
