Time to take a deep breath...This is just way to UNFAIR for the alleged VICTIM! Everyone is condemning him without even knowing the FACTS yet. First, we have to take into accounts that the cops were looking for a RED TRUCK, next, there were no witnesses to the accident. No evidences, no trace, no nothing for anything, just ASSUMPTIONS, speculations, the media is blowing way out of proportions. This is more like a "finger pointing" case, are the honolulu cops getting a "bad" grade from the old Aldrige thay they needed desperately to link accident happened at a different time to that of the young Aldridge? Come on, people of Honolulu, you guys are smarter than these, another wrong move on the part of HPD, tsk. tsk. tsk. and PLS. we do not know the guy involved, so we may just as well, all SHUT UP and wait for further investigations, until then.... CHILL PEOPLE!
Investigations can take many twists and turns, like the DC Sniper (I don't call it sniping, I call it murder) case. They were initially looking for a white box van. Montgomery County Chief Charles Moose was heavily involved in that case and is, coincidentally, now a police officer with HPD. The vehicle actually used in the shootings was a blue Chevy sedan.
Echoing other sentiments, let the investigation run its course and let us pray that justice is served in the end.
