It must be the difference between having money and not having money. A man is convicted because a woman that slept with him and he dumped decided to lie on the stand about what he supposedly confessed to her. The injustice here is that the attorney given to him by the state did not even cross-examine her. Anything for Hawaii's brand new cold case to get a conviction so that they can look good.
