You know I think maybe these two were having a fight during the time and well if Natasha had told her relatives "Goodbye" in a weird and sad way. Her motive was maybe to end her life perhaps. Noone will really know the truth what happened unless you ask the boyfriend. And Im sure the boyfriend is traumatized by this incident and is missing her! RIP Natasha!

I guess that means that you are smarter, stronger and more disciplined than all of us here.
Try finding real solutions instead of finding fault with the manner that others express their emotions.
To be honest, I hurt over this tremendously as if that girl were my very own child. That is the whole point.(On that note, I have a serious issue with the apparent cavalier attitude of the father...if that comment in the paper is indeed accurate.)
You don't like the program...then change the channel. If you have children and you are lucky, this is something that you will hopefully never have to go through.
I know someone whose 22-year-old son took his own life in Nevada back in 2005. In summary, his girlfriend had broken up with him, so he decided to go for a drive.(If I recall correctly, I believe there were some other issues involved as well, with school and/or work.)
Turns out that drive would be his last.
He was killed in a head-on traffic crash near Reno/Tahoe.
And, to make matters worse, the crash killed the occupants of the other vehicle.
It was later determined that the driver intentionally caused the crash to, of course, take his own life.
However, not only are his mother and father hurting, another family's loved ones are hurting. And they will for the rest of their lives.
Those parents will second-guess...blame themselves...and have many other emotions...forever.
Bottom line:
It is a major tragedy when a child is lost. And we all hurt and suffer.
So, I say again, if you can't handle displays of emotion, both good and bad (there are both kinds here), please move along and keep your diatribe to yourself. You cannot cherry-pick emotions...they are what they are...they are real. Maybe not always perfect, but they are real.
We are all hurting and angry and we want to know how and why this happened.
Maybe by knowing how and why we can save someone's life some day. Maybe, if you have children, they might need some help someday, and you might just be able to help them.
Our children are our future...and we need to do everything that we can...make it our mission...to take care of them.
R.I.P., Natasha. The people of Hawaii will ensure that you continue to live on, in spirit, and in our hearts.
Aloha.
You're painting me unfairly here. Nowhere in my posts have I said this was not a tragedy. In fact, I've said it many times. And this is precisely why I point out that the insensitive thing to do here is to speculate, because speculation leads to rumors which can lead directly back to the family and friends involved.

The last line of your post was perfect. Let's leave it at that.

If you don't have anything nice to say ... then don't say it. These families have alot to deal with. No need to add more to their plate than they already have.

Don't believe everything you read in the bible , as the bible has been rewritten so many times ! There is no hell ! How can a person burn if they are no longer in a phyical body ? Heaven and hell are states of mind ! And any way who are you to say where 18-year old Natasha is , that is between her and God !

To localguy , God is a loving God not a demonic monster that throws souls into some "hell" ! Mortals are human and all humans make mistakes in life as no one is perfect !

So what you are saying is that you believe in God, but you don't believe the bible? You believe in God but you don't believe in Heaven and Hell? Are you sure there is no Heaven and Hell? Maybe there is, maybe there isn't, it's not our place to say that there is definately no this or that. We will find out one day. Fear God, but love him because he loves all of us no matter what.

It's too easy to point fingers and blame the boyfriend. It's always a blame game when things happen. He's innocent until proven guilty. It's time to concentrate on our loved one who are still living, and make sure they are really loved by everyone. It's not hard to jump out of a moving vehicle when you're angry and not in the right state of mind. Let's just hope the truth will come out one way or another, but don't point fingers until the water's clear. Let's keep in mind that many young girls/guys do have relationships with older women/men. The age between the two shouldn't be a factor in this matter. People always have relationships with differences in age. My goodness, my parents are 21yrs apart, no one ever said anything negative, but if one was killed I'm sure I'd hear the same accusations I see about this 18yrs old dating this 26yrs old. Age does not matter.
May God be with the families and friends of this young girl.

Anyone's capable of doing anything foolish when their not in the right state of mind. Just picture yourself driving, reaching across to open a door at high speed, then push your passenger out of the car. Do you even think it's possible without getting into a wreck? On the other hand, they may have been in a heated argument, she gets angry with him and at the spare of the moment she jumps out because she can't control her anger. Yes, even the innocent makes stupid choices in life, even though it was not their intentions.

Don't let the hurt and pain in your heart be quick at blaming someone, but rather think it through if this girl was really going through emotional stress without anyone knowing it.

Too many people take their own lives without thinking about the pain the loved ones will be left with.
