,
Aloha Kaipo, I am Jacque's mother (Kamu's girlfriend). I am so sorry for your loss. You are the only brother I haven't met. I have such fond memories of Kamu. I loved him like he was my son. I used to tell Jacque, "where's my boy". I miss him so much. Words cannot even come close to the pain I feel and that I know all of you feel. You can be assured that we will be there to make sure Justice is served! I cannot even begin to forgive him for this either. I hope someday with the love of GOD and time that I will be able to come to that place but I cannot see it in the future yet. I am sure the family has been keeping you updated as to what has been going on. Today we all were down the beach by Makapu but actually at the other one that they call ?(I'm sorry I forget) I'm sure you know the one across Sea Life Park. It was so beautiful. The funeral was the most beautiful service I have ever been through. Jacque lost her father when she was 5 years old, he was 23. So this is very hard for her too. She and Kamu loved each other so much. They were both starting to work on themselves so they could be together later better and stronger. I was with Kamu the day before and talked with him for a while. He was in good spirits. He could always talk to me and that makes me feel good. I love your family and will forever be attached. Please keep in touch with the ohana. And thank you for standing up for your brother. I hope someday to meet you in person. Aloha. Lisa

Dear Kaipo,

Could you please send me your email address? I would like to forward you a web site that Keoki's girlfriend created and I sponsored to keep Kamu's memories alive. You can email me at [email protected] directly. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Lisa Morgenstein
