A family that kills together, stays together!

Lets just hope that they are together in prison.

Is it politically incorrect to say,'' so typical, so local''? Lets hope there's room at prison.

"Small town Saturday Night"; as Sammy Kershaw would sing. Youth in Waipahu with no future and drunk parents; this is all they know. I'll visit you in the hole; enjoy the rolling hills and blue grass of Kentucky.

So these people beat up a defenseless drunk and claim it was self defense. What a bunch of losers. So ghetto and losers. Are we expecting a turf war now?

Hawaiians with Samoan names? Come on pay attention. The PUPUS area is predominately welfare Samoans, and will bring the whole family in on a beating. Its the family way. Don't ask for a smoke, the only one you will get is a good smoking lickings.

It's institutionalized. Like welfare and section 8; it becomes a way of life passed on from generation to generation. Hawaii is like the rural south, the bigotry is endemic and is based on lack of education and myopia.

There is no need for such brutality, especially when the people are in a group and the other an individual. Lock them up and throw away the key.

why does this sound so wrong? technically they aren't locals that were born and raised here, but transplant from where ever they came from, most likely jobless and english is their second language.

too kill someone over some smokes is so wrong and messed up. the victim didn't sound like a victim either, before he got beat up by the whole family using a white jeep.

we should reject more of their kind from entering our aina and making this place into some savage land and filling up our prisons and using our tax dollars up, we need it to educate the kids.

Good point; but how are the offspring classified once they start inter-breeding with the "locals"? Are they local or are they mutants?

Too much overkill on the assailants part. They're going to claim that they "accidentally" hit him too many times because none of them can count. I hope they get their just rewards by being locked up for a long time.

This is a classic case of "mobbing".

Using bats, beer bottles and a jeep are standard issued weapons during a friday night "mobbing". Sometimes knives and guns are used.

Women can be good "mobbers" because they enjoy releasing some of their rage and anger on strangers. And cigarettes are expensive to a budget concious mother.

Children are potentially good at "mobbing" because they learn from their parents and practice "bullying" in school.

"Mobbing" is a primitive survival instinct. People gather in small or even large groups to protect themseleves.

Sometimes nations "mob" other nations using military force. This is called war and is usually done for territorial expansion or financial gain. Sometimes know as "turf wars".

Dropping atomic weapons on a civilian population like Hiroshima and Nagasaki is "mobbing" taken to its extreme...that is called genocide.

The case at "Pupu" would be an act of genocide if more advanced weapons had been available to the "mobbers".
