Here it is. Just got back from Vegas after working in the casinos for 23 years. Had to move back here to take care of my sick Auntie and make sure everything stays in order since I'm one of the few responsible family members.

Sold my house back in Nevada and have enough to buy my own house here.
Can't stand all the noise at the relatives with all the kids from other family members living there.

Searching to buy a house but don't want to eat up my savings on hotels while I look around to buy.
Gotta rent for a while but my friends are warning me about the 20 minute eviction scams on the island.

Anyone have any feedback on that? Don't want to get ripped.

Stay away from the homeless azzhole named JBalls who pickups rubbish at Lani properties and is a haole squealer fo dem. He collects HI5 cans from their rubbish bins in the exchange for being a rat fink azzhole. If you see him with a camera kick him in his balls.

It's all rumors started by beadbeat squatters that didn't pay their rents and were evicted.

Evictions are on the rise in Hawaii due to the bad economy. Slumlords will use unethical tactics to make up for their losses. Don't rent in Hawaii. Instead, stay with relatives and wear earplugs. You'll be glad that you did.

You are highly suspect with your comments. Especially from a man like yourself who gets his dinner from a garbage can.

Just as we thought. It's just obvious everytime he post another bogus comment.

Get with the realtor who wants to sell you a house. Ask them if they can find you a short term rental from a private owner. Since you are a customer, they will work in your best interest.

Don't allow yourself to get scammed and stolen from by one of the slumlord property management companies on the island.

You are going to need your furniture and electronics for your new house. Good luck in your search.

It's Property managers making huge fees on credit checks, tenant property confiscations and tax write offs for surprise evictions. Half the stuff sold on ebay and craigslist that comes from Hawaii, is from some poor family that got booted. Keep it pono and don't rent from property managers.

The 20 minute eviction scam was started by some slumlords out on the west side. It's all over sites like ripoff report and Complaints Board.

It's all over the place now. People are too poor to hire lawyers, so they lose all of their belongings and their pets get left behind, because they have no place to take them.

The slumlords usually working with property management steal everything left behind and then they sell it on ebay, or they take it to swap meets.

Then the slumlords threaten them with trespassing if they come back to retrieve anything.
