"Citizens will pay health care costs"

Good article and that is exactly my point also Ruben Reyes. This health reform is not good for everyone and a few will get screwed. Also it means more government control and millions of fewer jobs. The Government has way to much control already. Just remember as the economy improves the jobs will decrease except for government jobs. Is this really what people want?

I didn't even mention how the private sector will get screwed with this new unemployment reform because that is another subject.

The reason they want to fund acorn is because acorn was set up by the Dem party
to do things they can't legally do. You would think that the fact that they were registering people to vote who are not eligible as well as double and triple registering people would have been enough to pull funding. No they had to have these video's come to light before anyone would do anything. I am a happy independent and have a hard time finding anyone with real integrity to vote for

You should spend a few moments to read about the history of ACORN--(Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now). It was never rooted in the Democratic Party's cradle. How and why they started reminds me of the largely Republican party's "Tea Party" demonstrations. Aren't the tea Parties and "Nazi" health care claims part of the Republican Party's strategy ??? It's hard to put blame anywhere for something so nebulous... Chill out...

Amen about the bike riders. They are sooooo inconsiderate of others, especially pedestrians. It is against the law to ride on the sidewalk in many areas yet they do and they terrorize older people. The police will not enforce the law. The bikes want 3 feet between them and the cars? I say we pedestrians want at least 5 feet between us and them. Can we start fighting back now? How? Carry a big stick? By the time they blow past you, hitting you or your bags you are carrying it is too late. They are gone. Shame on them.

Due notice to those who sided with ACORN....I will remember you when the curtain is pulled and it's time to vote. You are history...and poor history I might add.

Most pedestrians are only temporarily walking as they are usually drivers who are on foot at their destination and will soon be back in their vehicles on their way home. It is significant that they wish to dominate the sidewalks and restrict bicyclists from using them; they already dominate the freeways, roads, and highways making it so dangerous for cyclists that few dare to commute or ride for pleasure despite the weather here being perfect for bicycle commuting.

"Citizens will pay health care costs"

Rubin Reyes is right but didn`t finish the story. The Democrats DO realize that all those costs will be passed on to us, because the plan is that we won`t be able to afford the higher premiums on our private health care insurance; employers surely won`t and we`re ALL FORCED onto the public government run plan! They will get their govt. plan when they have forced private insurers out of business. All these fees and taxes are just the means to their desired end. And yet they stand up there and tell us we`ll have choices!!

FYI, Obama DID NOT endorse cutting off federal funding for ACORN, said he didn`t even know they were getting a whole lot of federal money (his usual excuse),and `it`s not the biggest issue facing the country. It`s not something he`s paying a lot of attention to.` Those were HIS words in an interview with Stephenopoulis! He`s having a hard time cutting ACORN loose, just like he did with Rev Wright. All he did say was that it deserved being investigated. Wow! You think so?! How does one keep believing this guy?!

Seven CIA Directors asked Obama not
to investigate the CIA. Obama goes
ahead with it anyway. Obama dodges
questions about ACORN because it is
part of the Democratic Party. The
Acorn mess is going to be fun to watch
when the books get audited. Meanwhile
there are arrests of terrorists in
New York ....gee I hope the CIA isnt
mean to them when they are questioned.
