If this kid wants to live a good life, he needs to go on a diet. This is child abuse.

Tragic story ... TV news cited the trucking company reps as saying it was against company policy/rules for drivers to allow anyone into the truck cab, so the saddest thing is that had uncle only followed the rules he might have lived and his nephew would not have been injured.

Maybe he had permission. If so, it died along with Fox.

Screw you. If this is the only way you can attract attention to yourself then you're on sad moron.

I am glad the boy survived and sad for the loss of the driver/uncle. He is wearing a Chilis shirt. I hope he sticks to salads in the future and leaves the nachos to someone else.

Wishing a speedy recovery for Noe. God bless his uncle.
To Noe's parents... he's only 12 years old and carrying too much weight! Please save your son from weight related health risks!

That's this dude's opinion just like your lame one. He brought up a good point and you don't agree with it. Learn to live with it.

I am not disagreeing with his point --- just saying he needs to keep his sorry ax point out of an obituary story

Why did the steering wheel lock? it doesn't matter if the boy was in the truck. that is company's way of getting out of responsibility to the accident.
for all you people who make fun of the boys weight you shouldn't be posting at all.
Sympathy goes out to the family. Prayers are with you...

I doubt that your pink boot would fit nor you have the strength to lift your foot that high however the story is about a kid who survived. Technically not an obituary.

We all can see the post for what it's worth.

This earth has plenty of mean and hateful people out there. Just be happy that we are not like that :)

What caused the accident? We want to hear or read the police report.

The kid really is obese. He must have hard times making and keeping friends in school and neighborhood. Someone's a bad parent. As you can tell from above, he is already a target of fat jokes.

I suppose one could call the Uncle a "hero", although he's the one who put the child's life in jeopardy in the first place. Kids have no business going for joy rides in those types of trucks.

sad reflection of society when in the mist of tradegy, some are commenting on weight issues and not the loss of life. Wait till you experience this kind of loss, then you will see the light.
