House collapses into rushing Kaipapau Stream

Hauula resident Shon Kaanaana still locks the door to his house, which is now just a kitchen hanging over the rushing Kaipapau Stream.
Why is the city worrying about Fire Station Replacement when we have other more pressing needs?
We have problems with infrastructure, unemployment, homelessness etc etc and the fire station is worried about a replacement in Hauula? We need to set our priorities right. There is just confusion. No wonder the city and state and nation is broke.
