Sorry that this has happened, but unfortunately the owner was a racist landlord who refused to take care of her property, in fact instead of fixing banned problems with plumbing on the tenant instead of the real issue, aging pipes. She evicted her her great gran daughter and kids and fed into Jamaican scam artist who promised her a new home and new cars. While I Was living there I lived in fear of her activities with the scam artist and after I refused to pay rent in advanced so she could sent them money, I was asked to move at the end of my lease. I was relieved and happy to not have to subject myself or my son to constant belittling by being called the black thing in the back.
