Can't wait to see the photos of the obese, slippah-slapping hordes who will sit in line overnight to indulge themselves in this latest edition of a heart attack on a plate.

It will introduce its steak plates from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday during one of L&L's usual, long-line-generating events at the Keeaumoku Street store inside Wal-Mart - by selling the first 1,000 plates for $1 and offering medium-size Pepsi soft drinks for 10 cents.

They going accept EBT card for that?

Go see the movie FOOD, INC. now. It's playing at Koolau Stadium Theatre. You might think differently about meat (or food in general).

meat? yuck. obesity is up, health-related problems are up. people eat TOO MUCH of everything in front of them. also, eating out and having others prepare your food means you allow others to CONTROL what you put into your body.

I'm already in line. My goal is not really to be first.
I just wanna beat that little guy who is always first in line at the Keeaumoku L & L, and who always gets interviewed on t.v.
When he decided to get in line, probably around 2 a.m. two days before the event....I'll be waiting for him with a huge grin on my face and a big sign that reads "I WAS FIRST IN LINE"

I wonder if L&L will be like Times and give you 8oz of steak? Blazing steak doesn't give you 8oz of steak plus their steak is real "chewy" some may broke you jaw......... the only good thing about blazing steak is that they season the steak real good.........PLENTY OF SALT AND MSG.........

L&L serves the thinnest meat on the island. The must run it under a tank to make it so thin. Even their pork chops areas thin as paper. Forthe prices they charge you should at least be able to taste the meat. 8.50 for two scoops of rice and see-through meat? They are crazy.

I pack all three of my orifices with white rice and the old men and women come a running. Even the black bees in my yard nibble on me. Good thing my pits keep the rats away cause i hate anything that is more hairy then me.
