Well, Maizie Hirono doesn`t have the willingness to read legislation before she signs it and sent out the usual propaganda on health care reform, which was inaccurate.

Re. hunger...

Children should not be poor simply because their parents are.

What's the sense in seeking medical advice in text? At the end they all have the same old disclaimer. The disclaimer that they are not replacing medical advice and should be looked at by a professional doctor in person. So just don't forget to bring your medical insurance card to the appointment.

Larry Mackey. One of those kids from a large family will grow up to be a doctor, fireman or firewoman, police officer, nurse, or just a innocent bystander and save your life one day in the future. Don't be so narrow minded. Wealth proves nothing. Wealth is meant to share. All the Forbes wealth are benifactors. God wants us to work and share talant together. That's how HIS world operates. No one person is better than another. This is God's planet that we are just a guest of, Buddy!!!! Get it? Good! Start respecting each other! That's not asking for much, Larry M.

I'm suprised that the newpaper even bothered to waste ink and paper by printing Larry Mackey's letter.

Get ready for the largest family to meet together, and forever in our next higher life, Larry Mackey! No judging each other allowed up there, friend.

A tip of the community hat to Hale Ho`ike`ike o Kamehameha (a.k.a. The Bishop Museum) for planning ahead and making such a nice, fun, educational offer to children on 17 furlough Fridays. A great idea. Thanks to the museum's staff and management.

Maybe they should offer it FREE to members, as a way to boost membership in that wonderful institution.
