i have also talked with david true seal and what really should be done is evaluate the level of sanity and facilitate accordingly. to be told by him that the people he was around were way above the mental illness he was accussed of only shows the lack of care these people have. these people need to be seperated from people beyond their level or they will never be shown the proper behavior. All of this really should be look at closely, these hospitals are not properly caring for there people.
These are human beings !!!!! please do not judge with out all the facts, it only makes you look stupid because reality is there are people who know more about this situation then about 99% of you. keep an open mind and love in you heart, we need not more hate and judgement in this world. i wish you the very best true!!!!!!!
mental illness is a disease and needs to be treated as one.... not as social crime or hindrance. shall we put all war vets with P.T.S in some hospital and forget about them ???? let's take a look at the whole shall we PEOPLE !!!!!!!!

If you go back to when these child molestings took place you will see that he was originally released to his mother without incarceration. It wasn't till further child molestings that he was finally incarcerated in the Kaneohe Mental Hospital. This is shown in the above resaponse:

Was this guy living in West Loch Estates? If so, I know him. He assaulted my daughter in law on two occasions and got away with it because he was a mental out-patient. The cops' hands were tied. In response, I gave her some mace and I followed her around with a .45 in my pocket but he was turned back in by his family before me met.

The guy is in Aruba with a couple of spoiled rich Dutch guys, waiting for some tourist girls to come along. They get away because they have rich family.

He sure has changed his looks since 2009, he looks nothing like he used to. His super-rich parents will make a large donation to the local DNC, he'll be committed to the nut ward again, and he'll be out o the streets before you can spell "corrupt politicians."

David True Seal now apprehended for murder this time in Puna. There are more runaway criminals in Puna than anywhere else in all Hawaii. A fact that is well known to all, but law enforcement ignores and doesn't act on it.

Check for him in Ka`u or Pahoa.
Big Island is the armpit of the state, and low-life losers can hide out in Puna and HOVE.

To Liz Seal--So now that he killed Rory, a loving single father of three, do you think he deserves to be locked up?? Or did he have another temporary melt down. Pieces of shit like this should be thrown off a cliff Spartan style. Aloha
