I kind of talked about girly stuff last night.
But one nice thing is the short time needed for us to be in lots of different lifestyle areas.
I still remember the first time on Farrington, actually at Maile Cove condos, when all cars stopped to let me pull out. I was in Ca. and tried ONCE to be courteous and let someone out and was almost run over. Now it works less as I travel closer to Honolulu.

I don't venture east of Kapolei unless supoenae'd, or it's of vital importance. Can't stand townies and their stuck-up attitude.

I was here but couldn't think of anything to say. I like the mountain view, the ocean view, but mostly it's the people, the lifestyle. Not so much in Honolulu itself though, they are, "going mainland."
Hey! You better watch what you say, this mainlander will be coming after you!!(kidding of course)
I like the mountains but definitely prefer the ocean view better. I'm not orig. from this landlocked state, coast orig.

What do you mean by 'going mainland'? Snobbish?

Stumpy is probably in bed so I will say a few positive things.
It is almost 11pm here and I am comfortable wearing man's tank top but will maybe get out the sweat pants closer to morning.
When I go outside tomorrow there will be flowers in my driveway from plumeria trees, orchid tree and one I think may be African tulip tree.
For food have to decide between Filipino, Korean, Samoan or just a plate lunch. If am in town Mexican to eat next day. Often grab a plate lunch and go to park and eat.
From what I see, anybody that really wants a job can find one.
Often see whales out in back plus green sea turtles. Birds that are caged elsewhere fly around free.
I love colored foliage in my yard, red, yellow, varigated light and dark green. Hundreds of mangoes several times a year. Many coconuts. Hawaiian music, some of which hasn't changed in years.
The biggest problem here is kid,s squirt guns, ask our politicians.
I envy you for all the beautiful trees and flowers in your yard! Yes the varigated light and dark, very complimentary.
The food sounds interesting, mexican I'm familiar with and love. I'm guessing Koran food is not too far off from eating Chinese food. Not sure why I think of a lot of beans when I think of Filipino food and really don't know what to think when you mention Samoan! Seafood of some sort?? Just a guess.... I love mango but it hates me, I break out in hives everytime I eat it now. Must be the acid I'm guessing. I had made a plate of just chunked up mango and fresh strawberries...... oh boy, was I a mess the next day and for a bout a week in total! Had to make a trip to doctor, couldn't feel lips....broken out sooooo bad from it but would I do it again......probably!! LOL... Nothing wrong with Hawaiian music or eating lunch at the park. Enjoy it will you still have the parks to enjoy I guess!

So take me on a tour, what should I see? Name some places of interest you think are worth the time. Don't take me to all the touristy places (Some OK if you think they are worth the visit)but the places you think are worth the visit too. I might do a google and see if I can find any them!
