Whats up every body..I work at the Hale Koa Hotel (Federaljob). The reporters should come an interview all the people that this kid harrassed and caused good workers to get fired or lose money from getting suspeneded. He is a narcisitic individual who suffers from small man syndrome. He falsified his statments making him look good, but good people lose their jobs because they couldn't stand up for themselves was afraid to come fourth.
He was hired to be a Security Officer/Duty Manager. He had 38 prior arrests and was aquited in 2004 for a previous murder charge that happened in 2001. How did he get his job? No backround checks? or was it swepted under the rug by upper management. Look up about A year ago of a Hale Koa Parking Manager being charged with a sexual harrasmnet case and other harrasment charges. The hotel swepted this icident under the rug and the Assitant General Manager was transfered out to Fort Shafter with the same pay and the Human Resources Director was fired...THink about this one. He aint no angel, so come to the hotel and ask questions...after hearing of the news the hotel employees happy that he was arrested. Karma really happens..aloha

I know Patrick and he's good guy. A lot of people did'nt like him at the hotel because he was doing his job and correcting the wrong. All of you can say whatever you want but ultimately he has not been convicted yet, and until then he's innocent until proven guilty. Nothing justifies murder but until we know all the facts who's to judge? There are so many "what if's" that could've happened, the fact is we don't know what really happened,except that someone is dead and some people were arrested for drugs and weapons charges. Did they match the bullet with a gun, did they find a gun? They found a silencer, but NO GUN.You need a weapon to shoot somebody. Did anybody physicaly see him shoot duckworth? We dont know all the facts so until then let the judicial system have its due process.

From what I hear the silencer didn't come from the murder weapon anyways. Pat may have not acted alone, but that's just what's in the rumor mill. Know anyone name of Chris?

I believe that mangement does not check past history because I too see employee's at other government locations hired and are in management too.

Well we are all so sorry to hear about how brutally murdered he was, but keep this in mind, God said Vengence is mine and Patrick Dequair will do time for his crime , because the Lord never sleeps. May Jermaine now rest in peace, The papers put out that ex-convict killed but the ex is X that means he paid for his crime that is why he was released why they are calling Dequair a drifter if his father lives in Pearl City Drifters have no known addresses now his father says he is a good kid why they didn't have his fathers address as his home address? Very suspicious activities going on.They keep saying that Duckworth was a convict why not list what all 38 convictions was on Dequair publicly too.

I was there when he started. I know he made alot of waves then, he was doing all the dirty work for Will D. and Cheryl A. He pissed alot of people off by doing the small things that the E.C. wanted like bag checks, enforcing package pass rules,and mostly stuff that was internal, but thats what his job was. I dont know the content of his reports so I don't know if he lied on them or not. I do know that he was very diligent with his patrols and corrected alot of wrongs even though people didn't like it. He stopped the stewards from taking extra long breaks, He did his bag checks to stop people from stealing things, and even stopped smoking in non-desognated areas. I'm not saying that duckworths death was "ok" but is Pat the one who pulled the trigger? Everyones throwing him under the bus without getting all the facts first.

Well all i can say is i've known Pat since the fourth grade and we were close till we went to seperate high schools..........we were very close for those years up untill then...he was a very good friend I havent seen him in over 12 years i'm shocked and so is my family....we use to go surfing,fishing,ice palace we were close.....we grew up in the same village......my Ewa people know what im talking bout.

Im just curious what why and how Chris Thurstons name came up..........havent heard anything bout him in any articales.......I know him too and was wondering bout that........please fill me in?
