This is a lousy sentence. This guy corrupted a federal agency, used their records and dealt drugs.

What does informant files mean. Open to the public.

Never be an informant (good citizen) because you get burnt in the long run.

Who protected the informants?

"...eight defendants, including convicted FBI accounting technician Charmaine Moniz..."

There are several things wrong with this phrase. First, what the heck is an "accounting technician"? Someone who gives your balance sheet an oil change? Second, would you hire someone named "Charmaine Moniz" to do your accounting? Doesn't this sound like a Rap Replinger bit? And along those same lines, are you surprised that someone named "Charmaine Moniz" was the one leaking confidential information? I wonder who else works for the FBI: Gladys Capone, Stella-Jane Dillinger, Trixie Benedict-Arnold?

The truth is no one really knows what happens in these undercover investigations.

You only know what they want to tell you.

Unless you have a need to know you won't ever know for sure.

These punks should have at least a life sentence for selling drugs that kill our young people. And the wife worked for the FBI and leaked info should get life in prison for her stupidity. Now she will be working for you under a new name. Imagine these criminals working for you. Can you trust them while they laugh at the justice system.

Cutting deals for testimony or advantageous treatment is specifically forbidden under U.S. law. But, our criminal DA's and judges committ these crimes everyday, the Supreme Court refuses to rule on the practice, as the law is clear on its criminality. Nice how the government scum protect themselves.

I agree with you, they should have gotten a life sentence. As for the wife, Do You Know Her? She shouldn't have serve time in the first place. It doesn't take a smart person to know that they used her as a scapegoat. BECAUSE SHE DID NOTHING WRONG!!!! She was guilty by association. Do you know what that means? And you know what, she's not working for them under a new name and she's not laughing. Read between the lines my friend and you might learn something.

Actually, the wife knew EXACTLY what she was doing and needs to be penalized harshly. It doesn't take us to knew her personally; she was entrusted with the highest STANDARD OF ETHICS that are supposed to exist within this country. She probably had a pretty good idea that looking into the FBI database files concerning her husband's activities was ILLEGAL unless she was ORDERED to do so as a result of an official FBI investigation. Highly unlikely THOSE were her orders. She needs to get hammered hard. Knuckleheads infiltrating and damaging our country; throw the book at 'em.

Why change your name to "Tod", Alice? Only goes to show how racist your are to Hawaiians and trying to hide behind a man's name, which you prefer to call an "adomination" of the humans...

Yeah, you and your "christians" beliefs are nothing more that racist self-annointed bigots that have exterminated many native peoples throughout this world and preach your "high polluted" values upon others.
