Hello Anti. Im sure you will be disappointed to find out that i am in fact not an "icehead". though i knows this fact saddens you, remain strong. Though i did have some friends fall victim to drugs, surprisingly, they do not live in wahiawa.*GASP*<quoted text>
You must be one of those iceheads who love Wahiawa.Wahiawa is really a dreary town.If someone considers moving to Wahiawa, I hope they read this thread.
Wahiawa does have some beautiful scenery but that's about it.
If the ghetto is your type of place of living, than wahiawa is the place for you.
I was never bullied so dont make any assumptions, Wahiawa isnt that bad.
You sound like those typical haoles who became a transplant from the mainland who think just because you're Hawaii, everywhere is paradise even if the place is a ghetto icehead homeless ridden town-Wahiawa.
In regards to my assumption about you being bullied. I will take your word that you where not. Why with your web-rage about hating Wahiawa and all, surely something negative must have happened. And since it none of my business, im not going to ask. Just trying to discover why you have such a hatred for this town. But im glad that we can both agree there is SOME beautiful scenery.:)
As far as being a haole, you are correct in the sense that i am not hawaiin by blood. however, after everything i have given to various communities, i consider myself more hawaiian at heart, than some of the other "hardcore" hawaiians i have met. and im not even affiliated with the military.:D
and to your last comment, "just because you're Hawaii, everywhere is paradise even if the place is a ghetto".. this is false. i never said ALL places in hawaii are beautiful. And im not saying Wahiawa is the greatest place in Hawaii. But its also not the pit of misery you are making it out to be. I know quite a few people in Wahiawa that are not druggies, they are not ghetto, they are not low income, and they love it there just as i loved it there.
Wahiawa is not all ghetto. yes, the lower part is not ideal for some, but upper Wahiawa is great. If you create ties to the community (for either upper or lower), there are a whole lot of positive events throughout the year such as parades, fund raisers, charity events, little league football games, church picnics, etc... Good Times!:D
