Libertyville has had a municipal band for over 31 years and it's always been volunteer. Sorry to see the Waukegan Municipal Band suffer but I'm sure the city of Waukegan will save a couple thousand this year. Maybe it will save a few firefighter and police jobs? Yeah, right.
