Build, build - and build some more, while you pave over the natural drainage system on a flood plain and - what do you get? Flooding, duh? Gee, really?
Sheesh! What a bunch of moroons.

The village needs to be more responsive to it's residents needs. Flooding problems are going to keep coming back every year until the village fixes it. We pay very high taxes here in Wadsworth for very little infastructure. Village officials have their own agenda rather than putting the needs of the residents as their first priority. It's a fight with the village to get anything done around here!!

then why live there to begin with...flooding is something that doesn't just begin, it's there. You should have know there was flooding problems when you sought to live there.
If the village has it's own agenda then do something about it at election time.

These residents should check with the county since there are grants to help with the costs of drainage and flood control. It was a life saver for us.
The water levels in Lake seem to be extraordinary this year. You have to just hope that these events are not the norm.
