I LOVE GOING TO SWEET PEAS PET SALON. I THINK THE OWNER DOES A GREAT JOB AND HER PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE. I JUST HOPE THE CRIME DON'T RUN HER OUT TOWN BECAUSE WE NEED A VARIETY OF BUSINESSES IN MARSHVILLE AND THIS IS GREAT TO HAVE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE HERE IN TOWN. IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD YOUR CAT OR DOG GROOMED THERE YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY.

Deer Ann Landers,

We went to the Wagon Wheel and the waitress wit the big caboose axe us if we wanted sweet tea. My big ole fat Lesbiun wife winked at the waitress and said bring me some of that sweet tea, Sweet Pea. Now I am confused. Should I take my wife to Sweet Peas and get her groomed? A female dog is called a bitch-right? I think my wife qualifies.

Thanks,
John

LOL

I too frequent Sweet Pea's.......she is a sweet lady and is very good to the pets.

Your wife may qualify John, did you ever turn the water and heat back on for her?

I AM GLAD SHE IS THERE TOO, AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO MONROE AND WAIT ALL DAY.

I don't own a dog but I hear they are very good. I'm glad we have new business uptown. I will try to get the word out that we have a good groomer in downtown. I hope she does well and stays. I hate seeing empty stores downtown.

I hear Skooter the shop dog at Old Skool Kustoms gets a bath and haircut every two weeks there. And boy does he look cute.I am glad to see the local motorcycle shop support other local shops in Marshville.

Skooter is starting to become some what of a local celebrity. I hear his name come up a bit here and there. I even heard someone talking about him and how cute he is in Rockingham.

My fiance and I just moved to the Marshville area for his job. We took our 3 fur babies to Sweet Pea's for the first time this past week. When I dropped the dogs off, I specifically gave the owner instructions of how I wanted my two half Maltese hair cut. I told her several times not to cut it too short, to keep it long, and that I just wanted a "trim" for them. When I picked up the dogs two hours later, I was in shock to see how short their hair was cut...almost to the scalp. Mind you, I paid an extra $5 a dog for the thickness of their hair. I don't mind paying any amount of money for the proper hair cut that I ask, but what bothers me the most is that she couldn't even follow directions when we went over exactly what I wanted. I would have rather her not cut enough off than too much! Unfortunately she has lost business from my family and any one else I encounter who has fur babies. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

She has been taking care of my wifes cats for the past several years and always does a good job. These cats have thick long hair and my wife has them cut close every spring so they dont burn up in summer.
