This country was founded by a good deal of whites but it was meant to be the home of the free where a person could have freedom from evil rulers to live as they pleased and worship as they pleased with no one dictating to them what their religion would be. And it was not intended to be only white people. People of many different races were involved in making this country great with their hard work and gave their blood in our military which is more than likely NOT what you have done. I am proud of my family and I have to say that I am proud enough at most times of who I am and since I happen to be white, I wouldn't want it any other way. I see how you demonstrated that I have used the word "proud" in the wrong way. Maybe my proud comment came across wrong but I certainly do not have white guilt like that crack pot talks about although I understand what he is saying there. A person who says that America is just for white people does deserve to have white guilt. I know that there is a big push going on (by the powers that be) in this country to divide the races and have them at each other's throats and I have been occationally caught up in that snare my self at times but I know in my heart that as far as race goes, we are all equal. When I decide if I accept a person it never has anything to do with their race or the color of their skin only their character counts to me. There are good and bad people of all races. I am thankful for my arms and legs lol when considering some do not have them. Awe, I won't say proud.
